I am rejecting this response because: You all sent your maintenance technician out to put caulking back in the
hole in the doorYou did not even look at the doors and you did not put down the strips properlyThis company is a rip off and all you care about is money and the condition of your homes is the last thing that is on your mindsI would never advise anyone to rent from your company because you all are unprofessional and rudeI will never ever rent from this shamble of a company again, please prospective tenants run and I mean run fast from MS Renewal in any state

I have still not heard any word from MainStreet about this complaint or any of the repair issues
Their response should have been within hrs(According to their 1st response), it has now been days (hrs)We are approaching Memorial Day Weekend and this will be months that I have paid for a house with a pool and I do not have a house with a poolAny assistance in getting this matter resolved will be greatly appreciated

I still have not received the pictures that they were supposed to send me last Wednesday regarding the charges nor anymore information regarding additional funds back to me (they agreed I should not be charged for the tree or deck)They reached out and told me they would send pictures, but nothing has been sent nor anymore explanationThey also needed to review the move in checklist to see the door knob was already missing.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: its been two days and I have not heard from anyoneI received an email where they were threating to file eviction on me when they knew I was trying to work with them regarding my prorated rent and my move out

Working with VP of National Branch Services, Branch and Regional Property Managers to ensure the tenants issues get resolvedAlso contacted the tenant directly to discuss further

I am rejecting this response because: Until this matter comes to a resolution I will keep rejecting the responseI suspect MS Renewal will keep delaying in the hope that I will probably go awayThe resolution is quite simpleThey claim I owe a balance and acknowledged I was never properly billedThe account was sent to collections without first giving me an an opportunity to settle the bill which I would have and the collection agency would not have become involved and reported the alleged debt to the credit repositories. I am willing to sent to MS Renewal or their agent a check for the full amount of the alleged debt if they will send me a letter stating they will instruct the collection agency to delete the accounts from my credit upon receipt of payment.We should not have to be going back and forth on the matter since lat Friday.I await their response

They all are disrespectful..they will not work with you and their properties are horrible

Researched all work orders and working on addressing concerns by our residentAdvised our resident to reach out to Resident Care Services and to stay in communication of the progress of their concerns

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***So what can you offer me as the residentThis is a company that you all have selected to service your clients which means you trust themThey are failing your residents which means they are failing youYou the company have to take ownership for who it is you’ve hired to represent you allWith that being said what is it that you can do accommodate me the this inconvenience? Again this is the 4th time, no action has ever been taken except an apology which isn’t good enoughClearly you all aren’t adjusting your contract with the 3rd party and you aren’t bettering your communication with your residents to notify them of any changesAgain my question to you is how will you make up for my time that you have waisted? It should be equivalent to the amount that I would have owed had I not been present when you’re contracted techs were to come to the property.

Thats all I have been asking for Main Street to pay there partI work so yes there were appointments that did not fall thruBut Main Street should see that its there property wit the water problemI know I havent used 2,dollars of waterSo thats why I am reaching outI also been giving Mainstreet the water bill before it even expanded to 2,000.This could have been resolvedYes they fix things on those datesFact of the matter is I had two leaks in the same place the frst one occuredI was not trying to be difficultBut the water usage was no parts of me and my family actionsThat was a internal problem within the home

because: To whom it may concern I submitted a complaint in regards to Mainstreet Renewal back in October It was escalated to the company on your behalf and they responded that they would be in contact with me within hours This was back on November The issue was marked as resolved on behalf of the Revdex.com, however, I have not been contacted by the company, nor will they return my phone calls after leaving multiple messages I am inquiring as to where I need to proceed from here to get my issue resolved Any help would be greatly appreciated

In reviewing this complaint, we were able to escalate the maintenance concerns of the resident and are working with them as well as our system of vendors to resolve their issues as soon as possible. We are currently waiting on the city to issue permits so the repairs can be completed in
full. We are in communication with the resident to provide updates. There are currently no outstanding issues or concerns with this property
