The client signed a year pricing agreement locking in her rate. As a courtesy because there was no change in rate we will agree to release the client. In terms of refund for July, if teh unit was returned in July there will be no refund issued. Teh account will be cancelled so
long as the unit has been returned as the complaintant indicates

Good Afternoon:I contacted *** todayI explained that we had spoken with a Bank Representative on 10/**/and explained that the Medical Alarm Equipment had to be returned to us I also explained that we had made numerous attempts at calling her brother in regard to ***'s account, but *** said the phone number we had for him was incorrect At this point, we have received only one payment of $when *** initially signed up with us, and we are at a loss for our Medical Alarm Equipment which is valued at $ The initial $payment that we had put through for our Medical Alarm Equipment was disputed by *** *** At this time, ***'s account is closed and there will be no further billing attempts.Sincerely,*** *** *** ***

Good Afternoon:In response to this Complaint, I have left messages for *** ***In viewing his mother's account, I see that the refund was not processed immediately due to simple human error Whent *** *** had spoken with one of our Customer Service Reps on 7/**/she was a bit
confused in terms of whether the equipment had actually shipped or notWhile she informed *** *** that the order would be canceled and a refund would be processed within a few days, she did not follow up with our Shipping Department to cancel the order Once again, it was a mistake When *** *** called a few days later on 7/** and spoke with a different Customer Service Rep, ***, he did exactly what he was supposed toHe contacted the Shipping Department, was able to determine that the equipment was ready to be shipped that day, but had not yet gone out; therefore, he was able to cancel the order, and he processed the Refund Request at that time with our Bookkeeping DepartmentThe Refund for $was done at 9:30am on 7/**, the morning after *** and *** *** spoke I would also like to mention that the Refund was taken care of before I received this Revdex.com Complaint yesterday at 11:30am.At this time I am not going to respond to any of the other allegations mentioned in the ComplaintI will say that we have been in business for more than years, serve 200,satisfied Subscribers Nationwide, and have an A+Rating with the Revdex.comCustomer Service is and always has been our first priority.I apologize for any stress this has caused *** or *** *** Once again, ***'s refund was processed first thing yesterday morning Her account has been closed, and there will be no further billing attempts.If *** *** would like to discuss this further, he can contact me directly at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Pam C***Customer Relations Manager

Good Morning:I had a most pleasant conversation with *** yesterday, and we resolved everything to his satisfactionBy the end of our discussion, *** realized that many of the accusations made in his Complaint were unwarranted We have been in business for more than years, service more
than 300,Subscribers Nationwide, and have an A+Revdex.com rating because we are a very compassionate company that tries to handle each Subscriber's account on an Individual basis We understand the challenges that Seniors and their families must contend with, and that is why I was able to relate to what ***, ***, and family are going through I would like to address a few items that *** had mentioned in the Complaint--at no time was *** forced to pay $more per month for her pendant to work wherever she was--the Customer Service Rep offered *** and she accepted, an additional service to her in-home equipment that works outside of the home for $per month It was her choice to have that device sent to her In regard to the 24-month Contract Renewal that she signed and sent back, she had originally signed a one-year contract that was going to expire, she was asked if she would like to renew her Annual Contract, and she said in a recorded conversation, that she wanted to renew for a longer time period; per her request, the 24-month Contract was sent to her, and she signed and sent it back barely a month ago Technically, she was bound to that Contract until May of However, as Bryon discussed in his Complaint and with me over the phoneshe is not capable at this time of making those decisions for herself and has a difficult time saying no.
