This review is for RooterPLUS (Cumming, GA) NOT Inspector Drain, Inc Your website seems to be messed up - both company names are shown Chad was my plumber for a complicated kitchen leak problem He arrived on time and was very effective in explaining the problem Unfortunately, my unit is located in an older condo building and before he could do my project, he had to help our property managers diagnose and fix a major issue with our defective water valves for our entire building The problem was very difficult and time-consuming and our property managers had little expertise in this area Chad worked for a solid three days to fix the building's valve problem, then returned to fix my leak, install new kitchen facet, and install a new garbage disposal with no issues Everything is working fine He was an outstanding professional - I would recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues of ALL types
on 07/11/I had an issue whit my septic tank, I caller Rooter plus to have them inspect the septic lines, I was in the property of the time of service mr [redacted] was the technician in charge of the project, he explained that by changing the tail out line and Replace the baffle on the back of the thank was the appropriate thing to do, I'm no expert nor have any knowledge on septic tanks he also mention that if for any reason that did'nt work I was allowed to get 80% back of my fees it sounded good at the time, one mont to the service date the system fell again, I called Rooter plus to the address and mr [redacted] went back to the location, he quoted over five thousand dollars on top of the 3,that they have all ready charge me for the first visit, I told mr [redacted] that that was over my limit that I couldt not affor that much at the time, he told me to call the office so they can give me a refund so I did, I talked to mr [redacted] he refuse to give me any money back, my

On may 20, I had a technician come out for a free estimateWhen I decided not to go through with it, I got a call from the owner *** *** He told me if I didn't give them dollars for the job he would fire the technician for not doing the jobI said I didn't have the money so the owner told me to give him my watch, all my credit cards, and my driver's licenseI didn't and he laughed at me when I was upsetHe was extremely rude
After waking up to sewer backing up into my bathtub I called a local plumbing company who came out and decided that the clog in the 4inch pipe in the front of my house was not worth trying to clear the conventional way because there was a great chance that it could not be done and I would still be charged well over $dollars for the effortThe best option was to dig down and fix the issue "once and for all" for only about to thousand dollars since my pipe was pretty deep apparentlyUnbelievableInstead, I called my HOA who recommended RooterPlus! and Jason B came out pretty quick and with no indication that there was any chance that this was not going to be an issue quickly ran his hammer head hose (I think that is what he called it) down the clean out and cleared the clog pretty dang quickHe then ran a camera down there and I was able to observe the state of my pipe all the way down to the city line to see if there were any root issues that may be looming in the futureIt was actually pretty interestingAll in all Jason B saved the day for meInterestingly, in six months he will come out and clear the line for me again at no changeWas not expecting that freebie, so hopefully I will remember to take him up on thatAll in all a bad day that had a good ending
