On May 11th I purchased a home and was told I had five to seven days to try and set up a home and septic inspectionI called Rooter Plus and spoke to them about a agreed price of $to pump my septic and to inspect itI told them I was shopping around for quotes and would call them back if they we're the best quote for meAfter multiple phone calls I decided to call back Rooter Plus because it was a decent deal and I needed my septic pumpedThe day of my septic inspection I can't get anybody on the phone for the first two hours of the morningMy agent is calling me wondering where the septic inspector is, and when I finally get through to Rooter Plus they keep telling me one is on the wayhours later my agent has to leave and finally somebody shows up to my propertyThe guy calls me and rudely starts asking where I'm at, I tell hi

Clogged Drain
Called these guys to open a clogged drain due to an advertisement on the web for 99$, but was told that the inspector will give an estimate upon inspection, after inspection to open a clogged drain was $485.00! After little negotiation, agreed on $
The inspector ran a chain looking thing down the drain and punctured the year old rot iron pipe in placesOne he plugged and the other he said that he has noting to fix it, so when he was leaving, the pipe was leaking
extremely unprofessional service service, will never call or recommend rotor,, ever
And the drain was not clear either, had to cut the pipe and had somebody else to it
The team I had with RooterPlus, Robert and Amanda, were exceptional They kept me informed the entire way through the process (before, scheduling, during and even a recap at the end), were not frustrated with my constant questions about the needed changes, their ethics and honesty were beyond reproach (we had something that was discovered during the repair where others would have not hesitated having me invest in something not needed but Robert quickly brought it to my attention and adjusted the repair), and as a whole were supportive throughout the entire frustrating incident Nobody likes to have a major incident happen to their house and I could not have expected it to go nearly as smooth, expedient and with such quality as it did
My kitchen sink was clogged, I tried plunging, KleerDrain Cocartridges, Drano, nothing worked I found Rooter Plus on a Google search, sent them a message through "Contact us today"...Ely called me within one minute She said someone will be there shortly She called me back in a couple hours saying Jason Bwould be here in minutes He showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly He dropped the P-trap and ran a snake in to clear the blockagePut it back together and poured pots of boiling water...now it's draining perfectly! All in minutes at a good price I would highly recommend this company

This complaint is regarding my parents home It had a slab leak, and they don't speak english very well They contacted rooterplus, regarding this issue, and they agreed to come out to take a look They went about inspecting the place, and said they needed to put in a ball valve, and asked if they could do that, but didn't tell my parents how much it would be Without knowing, my dad said yeah, I guess put it in They inspected the place, and gave a quote of $10,000, to repipe the whole house They asked if that was the only way, and the plumbers said yeah They felt overwhelmed by this quote, because they didn't know how they were going to pay for thisThe plumbers basically said they could help finance it, and they would just need to fill out a form They did, but without knowing what that form was for At this point, they didn't know if this was right or not, and called me They had me speak with the plumbers and I did When I asked why it was so high, they said it's th

Chad was my plumber for a complicated kitchen leak problem He arrived on time and was very effective in explaining the problem Unfortunately, my unit is located in an older condo building and before he could do my project, he had to help our property managers diagnose and fix a major issue with our defective water valves for our entire building The problem was very difficult and time-consuming and our property managers had little expertise in this area Chad worked for a solid three days to fix the building's valve problem, then returned to fix my leak, install new kitchen facet, and install a new garbage disposal with no issues Everything is working fine He was an outstanding professional - I would recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues of ALL types
