They came out on Saturday morning after my callIn less than hoursThe kind lady who took my call was ever so helpfulI think her name was Aly TI had a timely emergency with a toilet that was overflowingWhen the crew got here, I asked them if they could fix other thingsAs in the whole house
The two gentlemen who came out were true plumbing professionals and amazing men
In less than three hours they fixed five toilets, assessed the house in every realm for what they could repair
And they did this all in a very timely and professional way

As soon as your technician open the septic tank he began to sell an Oxidizer Treatment, I believe I don't need and did not want and explain I just want the septic tank drained and he agreedLeft for work, minutes later I receive a phone call from my wife saying the draining do not unclog the drain from the house, I spoke to the technician stating the only way he can unclog the drain was to do an Oxidizer treatment with the Hydrojet to the main line from septic tank to house with pressure waterI asked him the cost of the Hydrojet, He would not answer my question, only stating he could not do the service without doing both, so I agreed because he played on my wife emotionI called other septic companies and was told I did not need an Oxidizer treatment ($1,800.00) to unclog the drain, and the treatment don't workThe technician replaced a baffle that I didn't know about until I received the invoice ($529.00) Total bill $2,
on 07/11/I had an issue whit my septic tank, I caller Rooter plus to have them inspect the septic lines, I was in the property of the time of service mr *** *** was the technician in charge of the project, he explained that by changing the tail out line and Replace the baffle on the back of the thank was the appropriate thing to do, I'm no expert nor have any knowledge on septic tanks he also mention that if for any reason that did'nt work I was allowed to get 80% back of my fees it sounded good at the time, one mont to the service date the system fell again, I called Rooter plus to the address and mr *** went back to the location, he quoted over five thousand dollars on top of the 3,that they have all ready charge me for the first visit, I told mr *** that that was over my limit that I couldt not affor that much at the time, he told me to call the office so they can give me a refund so I did, I talked to mr *** he refuse to give me any money back, my
