Greg Black is AWESOME!!!!! There was a leak in a common wall above my condo unit and, as mine is on the ground floor, I was the one getting the water damage Greg must have some bloodhound in his genes as he was able to find the source in a ridiculously-hidden place and get it repaired pretty quickly I would DEFINITELY call RooterPlus ANY time
Even though they were extremely busy and didn't come the day expected, Anthony did a great job of explaining everything to me and completing the workCustomer service was exceptional in keeping me informed and not leaving me hanging
Came out the day I called, a Sunday Completed all work quickly Ray explained each step and what needed to be fixed and why Yard was put back together and smoothed I would highly recommend their services

When it comes to the saying it is too good to be true, then that is rightWhat started out at a $dollar pump job on the septic turned out to be $and that is after telling the tech the whole time that I think this is a rip offI feel like we are being over chargedI was given a quote and the paper to sign but when you do not have to research and do homework and your septic is over flowing you want to listen to what the tech saysThe tech was a nice person but all they seem to be are sales representatives for the company to up sale youIf I was to bet, they probably get a commissionMy bill broken down was $for pumping, $for over fill but that should not have matter because they did not pump water from the ground where it overflowed$for crust-buster which all that is a machine they stir the sludge up with while pumping$for pumping the drain-field of extreme saturation and this was after he told me that was a good sign$for baffles to repair and replace both and all this is 4" PVC piping at a cost of dollars for all the piping and minutes of labor (all that I just realized was $809)Last they charged me on the bill in which I did not initial and just realized as it was dark when signing the papers that we had a $dollar charge for exploratory digging and repairing separated pipe that they separated when they dug up to pump the field lineSomething told me this was not right and the more I look at the contract the more I should have told them no but like I said when you have had sewage backing up in your house the last few daysI have reached out to several others folks that I know have said that for all the work they did should have been no more that $This is a $lesson from being over chargedI broke down the cost per hour and for the hours the where here and hours of that was waiting on a pump truck because theirs broke down and another hour of that was the guy doing paper work and on the phoneSo a hour job took really a total of hours at an average rate of $an hourI hope this will help someone else make a better decision but when you read online and it says $for septic pumping call someone local that will treat you right

The bill I received after completion of work was minus senior discount Total 1255.52The charge of - parts labor to pull toilet and clean drain line and replace toiletThere was another labor charge of to drain water from toilet so it could be removed as stated aboveSo there was a total of labor cost to remove and replace toilet an clean drain line which took a total of a about hoursThe invoice I received only had two numbers on it and to total -to the for parts I got from calling the office managerThe total of labor for to hours laborThat39s to per hour of laborThis was paid in full using a credit cardI think the cost of there labor was outrageous unfair and unjustified
