On 12/11/I had this company out to my home due to septic tank back up inside my homeThe technician, Kris, inspected the tank and drain field and informed me and my husband that they had a treatment for the issueWe were informed that the treatment would cost a bit over $and were also informed that financing was availableMy husband submitted the request for financing, via the technician's iPad, and was approvedHe signed on the iPad for the financingWe were also informed, via the technician, that if the treatment failed within the next year we would receive 75% of our money backWe went with this suggested treatment since there was such a great sounding warranty attachedThe technician completed the work then had me sign the iPad, stating that this was to indicate that the work had been completedTwo weeks and two days later, my septic system backinto my home againI called the aforementioned company and was informed that, in order to receive 75% of my mon
On April 20, Rooter Plus came out to clean my septic tankThe hose was too large to remove the waste instead of refusing the job, They remove the motor from the septic tank causing the waste to back up in the homeI have reach out to the company on 04/20, 04/21, 04/& 04/the are told me they didn't have any at time to come out to look ate the job......First their price was $then they charge $500.00....it so unsanitary in my home with the waste coming back in the houseI have to go to the gas station or the dollar store to use their bath roomI spoke with some one by the name of *** on 04/at 9:am stated he had just return to work...;

After contacting several septic tank companies, finally found one "Rooter Plus" who could come out quickly and take care of our back up problem Ray G*** and his helper showed up when req***ed and did a very through job of removing debris and repairing of the pipes Very happy with the experience
ULTIMATELY SAVED $1000, THEY WORK FAST AND CLEAN UP PROPERLY, STAFF IS SMART FUN AND HARDWORKING, AND WORKED AROUND MY GAS LINE! MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE BUT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EVER SEE AGAIN THANKS TO JON! DETAILS HERE IF YOU WANT A QUICK READ: I would like to start out first by saying that no one is happy about having work done to their septic tank but this is the one time that I was I called them out to just pump my tank so I could get some relief again by a backed up tank I had them out the year before with a technician Richie that was awesome and I was just having a pump then too knowing that any work to septic is generally very pricey Richie pumped me out for the fee as quoted which was never my experience in the past as I have been charged almost $by a Pink company for the same work Hoping Richie would come out again it was an off day so I told them any would do They sent me Jon First in Jon popped the tank and said "Wow, this problem will continue with these issues here" so I explained my situation with finances and how having it pumped as needed is the best I can hope for until I save up He told me he could pump me out and gave me multiple tips and advice to reduce the impact I was having on my system until I could get it fixed I had done my research and spoke with many on what needed to be done, watched videos, and read articles so I felt on top of my game to ask questions about the issues I having Jon answered all my questions with answers I had already come across as well as any and everything else I didn't know so I was completely informed We spoke and he told me he could give me a price on installing a new baffle, being I had the old 1980s broken concrete one, and I would look at getting the work done further down the road because I just don't have piles of cash lying around so was just not interested currently He covered everything up and handed me the paperwork to sign and I saw the estimate HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SCHEDULE CAUSE HOLY *** THAT'S A FRACTION OF OTHER PLUMBERS!!! He said I can do it right now if you want After having me pumped and already closed back up he opened everything back up and got to work He not only removed the old and installed a new baffle system but they were to pump the drain field to remove all solids (I missed this part), and they ran a jet through my line to clean it all out When I came out during the jetting Jon walked me along my line and explained some things to how he believed the system ran, ways to keep it in shape, and options for future work should I ever want someone else to do it or to manage it myself THE WORK HE DID INCLUDED THE PUMPING CHARGE!!! By their lowest competitor they were $cheaper and that didn't include their pumping fee which was way more so really I saved $1000! The thing is I was trying to get in touch with that other guy for days to do the work but he wouldn't ever respond after my initial consult I had to look back at my records to see who pumped me last time since I had such a good experience that time and boy I am glad I did Do not hesitate and call this company and have them come out The girls in the office will always put a smile on your face, Richie was so memorable I had to find the company again, and Jon was a knowledgeable hardworking perfectionist that made my week And yes that is a gas line they never touched digging the lid up times, extra time was for me to take pictures WAY TO GO ROOTER PLUS, I WILL SEND ANY BUSINESS I CAN YOUR WAY!! I was quoted $to drain my septic tank and this is the first time I have used Rooter PlusI have had my septic tank drained twice before and it has never cost me more than $They came to my house and immediately started upselling and up charging on each and every little detailFor example they had a weed eater with a boat propeller on the end of it and they stuck it in the solid waste side of the septic tank to break up the waste and charged me a $"crud buster charge"! They charged me an extra $charge and called it an "additional charge septic" with no explanation? They charged me $to drain the solid waste side of the tank and then $to pump the wet side of the septic tank! Then they charged me $for a baffle filter that costs $to $at Home Depot! Jeffers the owner is a con artist and so are his technicians! I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and my local counties Health Department, environmental services and an attorney tomorrow morningBEWARE DO NOT USE ROOTER PLUS!!!!! The job ended up costing me $1250!!! That was with the 10% active military discount wow! How patriotic of this crap company! How do you all sleep at night!?
On I had a septic tank issue *** came out and said I had around worth of damagesI was able to get it down to around They said one of my concrete plates was cracked and needed to be replaced along with a list of other issues
They started to remove the 2nd plate that was cracked and it broke and feel into the tank where it still is to this day...also when trying to put the first plate back on they dropped it and it broke the corner piece off...to which they said it would not be a problem to put it back on like and cover with some plastic...I refused and told them that needed to be replaced as well and they needed to get the slab out of the tankThey said they didn't have another concrete slab on their truck and would return to correct and finish everything
To this day they set apptsand all were a no show and a no callAll attempts to contact have been met with, whom ever I needed to speak with was either in a meeting or would get back t
The tech arrived promptly,, spent 2+ hrs clearing our plugged up sink drain..explained all he did as he worked,,suggested procedures we could use to minimize future drain problemsReasonable price for the work done
