Two RooterPlus technicians (lead technician by first name of ***) came on 8/20/After mins, instead of providing me a quotation, Jim claimed the issue has been resolved by washing away some debris on the filter by using my own water hose in my backyardHowever, there would be a chargeI was not happy about it, since I was expecting a promised free quotation first, nevertheless, when I heard the charge was $25, I was OK to give him my CardTo my surprise, when *** came back asking for my signature, the dollar number on his hand-hold card reader was $instead of $
I refused to sign my signature on the card reader, and asked *** how come a mins free quotation ended up with $chargeI also called ***'s manager in RooterPlus and questioned the just
I had a pipe break on the day we were moving out of our house, The new owners wanted to move in ASAPI called RooterPLUS and they sent someone within the hour, even though it was after business hoursRon was GREAT! Friendly and professional, he corrected the problem and stopped by the next morning to check on itIf you have a plumbing emergency, I'd recommend RooterPLUS for your first call!
Service was quick (same day) and very professional Company e-mailed name and picture of service technician before he arrived so I knew who to expect Technician arrived on schedule and did his work efficiently while taking care to minimize mess/damage around where he was working Problem was resolved quickly Work is guaranteed for a year

RooterPlus sent out team of Septic Tank technicians to my home after calling late the night before while experiencing plumbing issuesI had requested they come between 10am-2pm but unfortunately did not arrive till closer to 4pmUpon arrival, service pro Kris uncovered my septic tank was actually underneath my newly built deckHe advised if I could spend the night getting boards up, he would be back first thing the next working to help uncover septic tank without tearing up too much of deckAnd he did just that! With Kris and his team's help, we were able to dig up septic tank lids, pump out tank, clean drainage lines, and add plastic lids to tank so it could be accessed more easily in futureAll with very minimal damages to deck! I do feel I greatly overpaid to have my drain field lines cleaned, but I did want to leave a positive review for the service team since they went beyond the anticipated job to really help my home
