Due to a considerably old and very inefficient Forced Air system with constant problems, Mauzy did a complete indoor Forced Air Heat/AC Unit (FAU) and outside AC compressor system replacement (except for air ducts) in my manufactured home in East County at the end of April. Weather was still pleasant for awhile, so not much use up until recently now that it is summer hot. Albeit the job bid appeared somewhat pricey at first, their bid was indeed competitive, and their online reviews and longstanding outstanding reputation sealed the deal. Mauzy did a great job on the full replacement project which in this case was able to be done in one day. The installers worked hard all day long, and they were very friendly, considerate, and professional. They kept the job site essentially clean and tidy as they worked, and they left the house clean at the end of the day. They were well prepared with everything they needed, no tool(s) or part(s) runs at any point, and they appeared to be very well organized, knowledgeable, and experienced. The new AC system is seriously much, much more energy efficient than the old, and completely reliable. I've had no problems or issues, at all, thus far. I am very happy with Mauzy's work and parts/equipment, and would highly recommend Mauzy to anyone.

This company did the original install on my a/c 13 years ago. They were prompt, clean and professional then, and continue the same to this day. The tech, Elkin, is excellent. He is on time and explains EVERYTHING if you need to know about something. He tells the truth on what you need and dont need. Excellent tech and company

My HVAC was overdue for a tuneup so I went through *** to find Mauzy & am completely satisfied with the resulting service. The technician Jeff was as professional and thorough as I could wish.

I thought there might have been a problem with my new furnace, constant fan noise. The technician came out and said the thermostat was set to fan constantly on. Just pushed a button and charged me 139.00 after just spending 9300.00 on a new furnace and AC unit. Even after calling them to complain I received no support from them. I guess the service call money was more lmportant than having a satisfied customer.

After meeting with Mauzy’s go-getter Ehly R. and getting a recommendation for A/C replacement, Jose H. and Aaron Z. were scheduled to do the installation. They arrived right on time and they removed my old A/C system and replaced it with a new one.
These guys were very conscientious, very clean, very organized and got the job done on time and without a hitch! Everything was explained to me to my satisfaction and my place was left sparkling clean.
Jose H. And Aaron Z. took extra care to replace my filter and re-educate me on the importance of filter replacement. They gave me a source online that would deliver the filters at a competitive rate.
They determined that the drain configuration for the condensate which was originally installed by another company was faulty and they repaired/replaced the inefficient part and cleaned out the whole system.
I chose Mauzy because *** chose Mauzy. I feel that I got a quality product and a super high quality installation. Best of all, my house is freezing!! That’ll come in handy later this summer.
I recommend this company and will update if any problems arise.

Had a A/C CONCERN , called the pros, after a detailed evaluation of my 15 year old unit it was down to cost of unit repair or new unit , decided after a full break down by tech Ryan who gave us all information of repair and 3 options for new, with no pressure from Ryan cost effective was go with new system , install to happen within a week , wow that's great customer service, Ryan was very respectful, knowledgeable and a true professional who is a great representative of a great company who has proven awesome customer service, job well done hard to find company's like this in today's day and age, thank you see you at install next week

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Mauzy’s sales agent Josh was professional, courteous and friendly. There was no hassle to buy when he gave us an estimate and did not hassle us as we made a decision (a week later). The install crew of Aaron, Samson and other guy (forgot name) were on time, professional and courteous. They completed the install in a timely manner. They provided floor covers as they worked in the house and cleaned up when they were done. They assisted with setting up the WiFi thermostat and thoroughly explained the install and testing of the equipment. We had a great experience and would highly recommend to future buyers.

Ryan was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and highly competent. He explained every step of what he was doing, including showing me the various features of my furnace and air conditioner. He also went above and beyond the call in programming my thermostat, which is more than a little complex. Can't recommend too highly.

Eddie C and his partner Norm did a phenomenal job removing our 30 year old equipment and replacing it with a top of the line system from Lennox. They went above and beyond what was expected; replacing copper lines, securing old has lined and covering holes left from the old system. Eddie's communication was excellent, keeping us informed of each phase of the job and explaining everything as he went. They were punctual, professional and friendly, and accomplished everything in just 2 and a half days!!!! They left our home spotless and their attention to detail was impressive! They are HVAC Rockstars!!! Any company would be very fortunate to have these guys and we were lucky they work for Mauzy Heating and Air!

Mauzy is a great company with terrific customer service. My technician, Randy did an awesome job tuning up and cleaning my hvac system. He also hooked my system up to my phone and computer, so I can make adjustments to the system from my phone and computer. Great job, Randy. Highly recommend.
