I ordered the special from Home Depot for system maintenance and checkup for my heater and AC. The technician arrived right on time. He went over everything thoroughly and explained what he was doing and that it all checked out fine. No issues. Very nice, couldn't ask for better service. Will use them again in the future.

We just had our furnace replaced and air condition installed. We received great personal treatment by everyone we dealt with at Mauzy. The process was very transparent with no surprises anywhere. The installation was done quickly and extremely professionally. We would certainly recommend Mauzy to our friends and neighbors.

This was my second time using Mauzy, last year for my AC and now my heater. Elkan who fixed my AC with professional, friendly, efficient and even gave me a senior discount which I hadn't asked about. Today I had Ryan who was also very professional, friendly, and efficient, however no senior discount was given, he did go a step further and found out why I had a problem and recommend how I could save myself from futher problems or something worse. Thank you Mauzy for hiring such great employees.

I'm always impressed with Mauzy. They did a great job installing our AC and heating in 2005 and when ever I have them come out to check on my AC and heating units they impressed me even more. Ryan was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend Mauzy for any AC and heating work you need done.

Everyone at Mauzy Heating and Air is super. Dakota, the person who gave us the estimate, is professional, easy to work with and personable. The installers we were assigned are fantastic, Joshua and Caesar are the consummate professionals. They really know their stuff and made a difficult installation look easy. They worked their butts off. They said it was all in doing the job, the Mauzy way --- the right way ---- but as far as I am concerned, they went above and beyond. I am actually looking forward to them coming back to complete the job after the outside portion is approved by the HOA. One big thing for me was they answered all my questions. Never tried to blow me off. Mauzy is a *** subcontractor, so not only are you dealing with a very reputable company but you have the backing the backing of ***. One of the best remodel/ upgrade/ repair decisions we made was hiring this company.

All was great on the day of service. Don who was the tech and was very professional. He identified a problem which we scheduled for a later date. Then everything went south. Two days after a service my AC unit has stopped working. I called the office twice today for an emergency and what should be priority service only to be told that nothing can be done for several more days and zero apologies! That is terrible service and unacceptable so I also canceled my scheduled job. Again, no apology when I was told by the receptionist that she would talk to management and call me immediately after. She never did. Think twice about calling this company!
