I was pleased with the entire experience, from the initial phone call through the servicing of my furnace. 500% better than the last company I dealt with, who spent more time UPSELLING than actually working.

We hired Mauzy Heating Air and Solar to install a new gas furnace, air conditioning unit and new ducts in the attic. We were extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and work performed by Mauzy and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted Mauzy to perform a tuneup on my furnace to make sure it safe an functioning properly. Daniel H. was the technician. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and had an excellent customer service attitude. The blower motor was noisy and going bad. A new one was installed and the HVAC unit sounds much quieter. I would definitely recommend Mauzy. I was definitely pleased with their service.

We are very satisfied with Josh who provided the initial job estimate and the personnel that installed the heater and air conditioner. They were professional, answered our questions, started and completed the job on schedule. We will inquire about a maintenance plan.

Josh gave a us a "no-nonsense" presentation and proposal which we accepted and the installation duo was proficient, careful and professional. They installed a new furnace and ducts with out any problems, finishing the job in about 7 hours which was scheduled for 81/2.

This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced. I needed to replace 2 thermostats. Each Honeywell T6 Pro series thermostat was $595.00. A few days later I decided to look up all the fancy things this one has and I was in for the shock of a lifetime. Nothing fancy! No WiFi or special features. Just a basic thermostat. I found the the same thermostat online with a major company for $68.50 and they will include expert installation for$104.49. I was told I need this particular one because of the way my air and heating are. I just feel sick about the entire experience.
