Mauzy Heating, Air & Solar

Pretty frustrated this morning. I want to share what happened so anyone in the Julian area doesn't have it happen to them. Our AC unit stopped working last week. I made an appointment with Mauzy to come out this morning and diagnose/fix the problem. They called and texted me this morning saying," they don't know how I got on their schedule since they don't service Julian." Mind you I called them Monday to confirm they'd be here today and to let them know if they had a cancellation or if their service person ended up in Julian before then that I would be home. We're in triple digit heat here right now. This is inexcusable!

Mauzy has been great. We needed a wi-fi extender for our Solar and Travis came out and took care of everything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mauzy anytime!

Mauzy Air & Heat are just absolutely the best. We just had Daniel out this afternoon and he did a first class job with humor and tact. He was very considerate about keeping the house clean. We are much cooler now. I give them 5 stars on Yelp and 6 stars on Revdex.com!

Chuck and his team did a professional job. They were friendly and patient with answering questions. All floors were covered with mats during the installation and the premises both indoors and outdoors were left in a neat and tidy condition.

Mauzy has done all my heating and A/C on both of my systems at my residence for the last (10) years. They are without a doubt the very best at what they do in my opinion. From start to finish of the replacement of my forced air heating system went smoothly. Mauzy representatives worked with me to establish my needs and was accommodating in pricing . The installation team was courteous and respectable of my request of no shoes within the working area. Mauzy Heating and Air Conditioning was prompt, courteous, clean, and respectful of my residence. They assessed the issue with my Heater, gave my A/C unit the OK, and returned within a couple days to replace my Heater. I am happy with the results.

He also provided a quote for a replacement part (although he explained that it wasn't absolutely needed which we appreciated). The service charge for travel & diagnostic work was reasonable.
