Tomato sauce
I hate that everytime we want tomato sauce it just give us 2 packs, and not enough

I went to McDonald's this morning and I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuitUpon arriving to work, I realized that I was given just a plain sausage biscuitBeing that I was obviously hungry, I did eat this biscuit anywayI called the McDonald's and spoke with an employee who told me I could come back to the location and the issue would be resolvedUpon arriving, I asked to speak with the employee who asked me to come backI was denied talking to her and instead got the general managerI let her know that I received the wrong food and was not looking for a freebie, but simply the difference in what I paid for versus what I received since I did eat the biscuitShe tells me that I should have either brought the biscuit back or took a picture of itThis is not what I was told on the phone by the other employeeShe then proceeds to get loud with me and rudely give me an example of a non-related situation in which a consumer would not receive money back due to not being able

I ordered a mobile order online and could not pick up the order because of massive disorder in the drive thru I tried contacting mc Donalds customer service repetitively to get my order refunded but I have been given is the run around about getting a refund for my order when I talk to people locally they saw contact the corporate that they are not over the mobile order app

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because:I did not once ask for a discountAll I was asking was to be able to use my credit card like the business' sign suggested they acceptedThe two "ATM" terminal provided was not going to work with a credit cardThe person in the front told me they avoid letting customers use their credit cards due to other customers calling their credit card company to dispute chargesShe also had the nerve to tell me if I waited until Tuesday to pick up my car they would allow me to use my credit card then, it was Labor Day weekend so that would have been an extra charge of a dayAll this company care about is what is best for them and what can make them the most moneyAll I ask is if you guys advertise you guys accept different form payments please allow customers to use their credit cards, dollars is a lot of money and not everyone will have that on hand to pay to get their cars outHave a little compassion, not everyone thrives on making money by making other people lives miserable

Dear Sir or Madam,    Thanks for sending us a Customer Complaint Service.  What happened was regrettable this is also a lesson for us to explain to customers more clearly.      I am the owner of Glorious Nails, who is concerned with customer complaint.  I would...

like to make a statement as such.    On Friday of March 26th of 2016, this lady came to our nail salon stating she would like to get her nails done.  She said, "I want to get a Gel Polish Change."  Which is not Full Gel Service.  The cost of Gel Polish Change are different.  The service provided in these two differs as well.    What she requested was Gel Polish Change which skips manicure and apply Gel Polish only.  But Full Gel Service include manicure and the Gel Polish.    The total time spent on her nails were at least one and a half hour.    We recommended that she needed a Full Gel Service because her cuticles need to be cleaned up every two weeks, but she refused the offer saying she had them done two weeks ago.  We reasoned with her saying her cuticles needed to be redone again, but she refused once more.  So we just apply the Gel Polish.    Finally when we're done with her nails.  We looked at her nails and everything looked normal.  She then paid 20 dollars and left.  She came back a few hours later her mind changed, she barged in and told us to remove the Gel Polish so she can go redo the nail somewhere else.  So we wasted an extra 30 minute to remove the Gel Polish.  After we've removed the Gel Polish, she told us to refund the money or redo the whole Gel process again.  We as nail technicians know even if we were to do the whole process again it wouldn't look as good as getting the Full Gel Service.  We're happy to repair the problem if there was something with the nail, but we never agreed to redo the whole process on her nails we put so much effort into.  We also double checked the nail, which was fine, therefore there wasn't a reason to redo the nail.  Afterwards, we offer her free-of-charge on the removal of the Gel Polish.  We then apologized to her that we cannot refund the money because we put so much work and time on. * In conclusion, she only ask for the Gel Polish Change not the Full Gel Service, which means she wanted to skip the manicure and that is why the nails weren't as perfect.* Secondly we doubled checked the nails when she came back, and nothing work.  And if she wasn't satisfied with her nail  why didn't she tell us to repair the nail while we were working on her.  Which could've saved her money, our labor and our time.  Instead she accept to pay, left, then came back with her mind changed.* We agreed to repair the nail if it was our fault, but never said to refund the money or redo the whole process again for no reason.* We do apologize for not explaining the differences between Full Gel Polish and Gel Polish Change.  However we cannot refund the money because it was not our fault.  Like we said before we double checked the nail.  Otherwise she has to understand how to respect somebody's  time and labor when they work on her.    We hope she calms down and think before she publicly announce online misconceptions without reasoning, witness, and proof ,she would have to take full responsible for what she had done.                                                                                                 Thank You  Owner of Glorious Nails, Jenny & Phillip

Ms. [redacted] did not order or pay for CLP to personally serve the uncontested divorce petition and summons on her spouse.  
The order form is crystal clear in what services are available and what services she ordered. 
Rather than accept responsibility for the service of her spouse (which is her responsibility), she blames our company in this Revdex.com forum.  
We have attempted to help Ms. [redacted] again and again, including by providing her with specific acknowledgement forms to have signed by her spouse.  We have gone above and beyond with our efforts to help Ms. [redacted].
Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to understand that if she doesn't order and pay for a service, the company is not responsible for providing the service.

For [redacted] He only received one box from us, and only charged for one box. He canceled his subscription, and a refund was processed for him. That is the reason why he only received one box and charged only once. The second order wan't shipped out due to the refund that was processed for him. March 3, 2016 To whom this may concern;   After receiving a massage from massage therapist [redacted], [redacted] joined Massage Heights’ membership on August 6th, 2015. [redacted] recommended he come back in a week for a follow up appointment due to his pain on his right shoulder blade for 6...

weeks. He was having pain with his range of motion and left side of neck was tight.  He came in a week later and [redacted] saw some improvement but he was still having pain in right shoulder.  He was also now experiencing tingling and numbness on right side. After this session [redacted] was told by [redacted] that he should be seen by a doctor for his numbness and tingling. He went ahead and checked out for his session. The next time he came in for a massage was on October 16, 2015. Massage therapist [redacted] asked [redacted] if he had his doctor’s note. [redacted] informed [redacted] that he was still having testing done.  [redacted] then let him know that he could not come in until he had his doctors’ note approving him to get massage.  As of December 5, 2015 [redacted]s account became suspended for non-payment. We reached out to him for payment multiple times however he refused. On February 16, 2016 we were finally able to get in contact with [redacted] and discussed the issues with him. We did honor his request for early termination of his account due to medical issues. We also wiped the $194.97 balance clear. He is no longer a current member and has a $0.00 balance with us.
