I looked over the ticket which I have attached to this email. The parts were installed as she had explained. As far as the amount it seems to be correct. I'm not sure why the amount was quoted different. Also the we did received a check after the work was completed. If there was a price rejection it...

wasn't made then. As far as recommending parts to be changed out. If we see signs of the parts going out we highly recommend changing out but give the choice to the customer. If we don't highly recommend changing them and they go out in a short time frame it would be considered a call back and we usually end up doing some work for free or a reduced cost.

They refunded my balance by check and sent an apology for the poor customer service I received. I do not believe this would have been resolved without the assistance of Revdex.com. Thank you!

I would like to know the up date of the investigation mentioned  in the one and only email  communication the bank have attempted so far.   Their poor communication has been loosing our confident to have them manage our finances.  If no further action to be taken please assist our accounts belong to myself and family member to be closed at our most convenient method.

foreign contract companies are trained on how to direct issues they are not capable of handling, but can be resolved by a more local staff member to the correct geographical location.  Thank you for your help while I still believe there is a training issue that should be addressed here my personal issue has been resolved

My son and I went in for the first time since a previous bad experience where they were SLOW and messed up one of just two breakfast sandwiches.
After we got all our food I noticed that the two 10 pc nuggets had no game pieces. The girl that had taken our order was waiting on another customer so I waved at the shift manager. She came over and I told her there were no game pieces on the nuggets and she said “Yes, we out of those.”. I said, I understand but can I get my game pieces some other way and she replied with “If you had given me just a second, I wasn’t finished, I was going to say that I would check and see if we had pieces on other boxes for you”!!!
I was already annoyed at this point but I tried to just let it go but my 15 year old son said something like “Why do you even need to say any of that? That’s not a way to talk to your customers ma’am” and she said “I am speaking to him right now not you” and put her hand up as if to tell my son to shut up! I said something like, so much for the customer always being right and she then said “This is not the first time I’ve had words with you either”! I have only seen her twice and I have never had cause to say anything negative to her before today though my son DID have words with her before. I told her that I had already had a conversation with the owner and I would just have another and she said “You do that”! Then when I was walking out I said, I will NOT come back to this store again and she said “Well, That’s fine!”
Many years ago, my wife and I were both Certified Grill Crew Trainers and then Swing Managers at the [redacted] St McCopco store. We know about McDonalds and we know about customer service. Staff looks to managers for cues as to what is acceptable. It seems the owner is OK with his managers getting smart with his customers. I will NEVER visit this location again.

these matters very seriously and we are investigating the customer’s allegations.  This issue will be addressed in accordance with our company policies.

I have attached the service ticket with the breakdown. On the ticket we put it down that the unit needed to be service but also mentioned that the customer said it may need freon. As a technician, that is taken as the system is not working as it should be. We check everything on the system to make sure that there would not be future problems. If something does goes wrong it becomes a callback. As far as there being a quote less than that I have no notes indicating that. We have set pricing and the service ticket does indicate the pricing was correct. It may have been a miscommunication of certain parts and not the whole total. Normally we have pricing disputes before a payment is made. I can see with the owner about trying to get a reimbursement for the labor. The parts and freon I wouldn't be able to give a discount on as they are close to cost already. Labor was at $195 so I can reimburse that as an attempt to resolve the issue.

today and have resolved her concerns regarding her visit to the Warner Road Location. In my conversation with [redacted] I apologized for the customer service concerns and offered some free coupons for her to use on future visits. [redacted] thanked me for the call and was happy to receive the free coupons for her experience last month at the Warner Road location.
