am rejecting this response because: After the company didn't provide the deferment on timeI was advised on Friday that I'd have the paper work, by Monday I had direct automatic withdrawals on my checking account, which I paid at the location, and they refused to complete the deferment unless I made another insurance paymentThis company is ridiculous and very untrustworthyEvery time I would speak with someone they would say, "oh well so and so should have advised of this additional payment." But they say they are trying to help me catch up but that is deceiving

I brought a copy of the carfax paperwork to this manager, he had it in his hands and asked me for the one that they gave me a year agoI gave it to him as wellI went to The DMV And they told me that they can't show that the car was involved in a car accident because it happened in California not TexasI will accept from them to let me know where I can take the car to be inspected and prove this car is safe to drive.

We have not received payment on the vehicle since 9/There are two outstanding payments remaining as well as the disposition fee and possibly fees for mileage and excess wear and tearI understand that she is unable to return the vehicle, we are sending a truck to pick up which is an additional
cost that we should not incur. We have sent notifications via email regarding the accountWe are willing to accept payment over the next days to avoid the repossession and the customer can call us at *** *** *** to get final fees and total payments required in order to avoid any negative reporting of the payment experienceWhile we have reported every payment that was made, we are required to provide accurate information to the credit reporting agencies on the overall loan history and as of now, that loan history is incomplete due to the unpaid paymentsThe lease has not been satisfiedWe would like to report positively and will make e very effort to do that, but it does require a plan from the customer to complete this over the next daysWe requested the fee for the tow yesterday, $100, but the customer stated she had no money at all to make the payment

Not sure where this can be placed in the record, but this is the repairs that were done on the vehicleWe do not do repairs in house, everything is sent out to reputable outside shopsIn this instance, there was an extended recall that delayed us slightly, 2-days, waiting on manufacturer to
authorize or decline, they ultimately declined, warranty company paid the claim but were initially refusing until the got the decline from the manufacturerThe amount of work that needed to be completed was pretty intensive, including machining of headThat was sent out to a specialty shopWhile we try and give customers estimates on time to completion, there is never a "set in stone" time providedIn addition, the customer has the ability to get reimbursed for rental through the warranty company, not sure why Ms*** did not utilize that portion of her benefits Our records indicate vehicle brought in 12/and ticket closed 12/In my opinion, based on the amount of work, we did the best that we couldI am going to retrain on setting expectations with customers through the service experience Thank you

At no time were multiple payments the issue with the disputeWe do have alternatives to debit card and credit card paymentsWe offer a "Pay Near Me" option that would allow the customer to make the paymentWe reserve the right to accept or not accept any payment method and in this case we are
choosing to not allow payment methods that can be disputed for no valid reasonHad there been multiple payments taken and we were given the opportunity to address, we would have gladly reversed the errorAgain,t his was not the caseWe are not accepting online payments any longer

Ms*** failed to make the down payment that was scheduledWe spoke with her regarding the down payment and we were assured she would be making it on FridayWhen she failed to pay the down payment as agreed we repossessed the vehicle

the sale was cancelled, if there is something reporting otherwise on her credit, I would recommend disputing that through the CRA's and an adjustment will be madeAccording to our records it was cancelledWe would also be more than happy to assist if necessarySimply forward me a copy of the

The plates were located at our store in Weatherford and are being transported back to the Arlington location so they can be placed on the vehicleMistakes happen sometimes and we certainly apologize that there was an issue with the tagsWe notify people as soon as the tags are in so if there is an
issue, we aren't in a situation like we were on Saturday.As for the battery, we were notified on 8/16/that there was an issue with the vehicle startingTony offered to sell a replacement battery to the customer at cost, but the customer declined that offerWe do not provide any type of warranty on items like batteries, at the time of delivery the battery was checked and working properlyThe issue did not present itself until days after the saleIt is unfortunate that this occurred, and as a gesture of goodwill, I am providing a credit of $off the payoff on the vehicle.When the loan is paid down to a $balance, I will waive the remaining balance

I am rejecting this response because:the tow bill they sent has a different amount then what the said I owe and it's a $charge on it that's not explained the tow only show to be $but $was added to that

We deferred the past due payment and setup the account per customer request

While it states that the customer has rejected our offer, the content does state that she would be willing to allow us to send it off to a 3rd party Collision repair facility.I would like to send it to *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***hThis appears to be the most convenient location to Ms***'s address as well as being a reputable Collision Repair FacilityWe will communicate with her our intention as well as a schedule an appointment that works for Ms***

I forwarded an email to Ms*** since we were unable to reach her via phone.The reinstatement process does not include any future paymentsIt is unclear where that information came from, but I will investigate that internally and rest the expectations with the staffI am very appreciative that

Our retail installment sales contract requires that any contracted individual must be listed as a covered driver on any insurance policyBy signing the contract, it states that you agree to the terms and conditions of the retail installment contract, to include, all named individuals on the

The contracted rate was 15.9% with an effective rate of 15.09% which is stated on the contract attachedI would like to see a copy of the contract that Ms*** is referring to.We have a set interest rate on all deals of 15.9% and the effective rate changes slightly depending on the number of
days to first payment.

The vehicle was sold on 2/12/with 94,miles, when we took possession of the vehicle on 7/19/20/16, the mileage recorded was 111,The vehicle was driven mover than miles per month while in Ms***'s possessionThere was an extended warranty on the vehicle that would have covered for the issues indicatedHowever, the issue came down to Ms*** failing to respond to the numerous requests to have the vehicle brought in for the necessary repairs.A pre-owned vehicle can never be fully guaranteed of faultsThat is why we provide a month, 12,mile warranty with every purchase in addition to the optional extended warrantyIt is my opinion that a vehicle being driven over miles per month appears to be more than average driving, however, as stated previously, it would have been covered under the extended warrantyMs*** chose to not address the issue and is requesting a refund instead We are not going to provide any type of refund based on the fact that Ms*** failed to allow us the opportunity to address the issues and make them right.
