Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: They will not show me the bill they have for these tow and storage feesThey are just telling me an amount without proofEverything they are saying and doing is without documentationI find that very dishonest that they will not put anything in writing. They also stated that will intend to close my account in good stating not that they would

I don't agreeThere was never an altercation with the gentlemen with me or did he threaten you at allIt is very unprofessional for you to put him in the mixed of what's going on with the vehicle that I purchase from you. It was an disagreement with the fact you told me that you wasn't going to put me in another vehicle unless I take that one, and that I had to walk home because I didn't have a choice to make with the car you was putting me inI was willing to even put more down for the car that I wantedAlso, it wasn't a Elantra that I purchase it was an AccentThe battery that was put in the Hyundai Sonata I bought that battery because your technical guy Tony stated that I need to replace the battery or the starter because it wasn't covered under the warrantyI took the old battery back to Hyundai and dropped it off the next day and I informed *** *** of thatI made an arrangement with one of your agents and told her that I will be there the next flowing SaturdayWhich was the 16th of AprilMy car was towed on the 15thYou took the license plates money out of my car note for what reason and I informed you that I was going to be thereI didn't received a receipt nor a notice that you was talking out of my car note That what made my car note lateBecause your representatives making decision on my account without the customer

Floor mats are an aeven at new car storesIf you look, they charge you in addition to the sale price for those matsWe did offer a brand new after-market set of floormats which were rejectedIf and when we get a similar vehicle in that has floormats, we will certainly turn them over to Mr***However, please note these mats will be coming out of a used vehicleMany times, we throw these mats about because they are worn.Floormats are not considered "missing parts" on nay vehicle and are not a covered component under the warranty

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11477106, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputeBasically they've proposed and
agreement but have not fallowed through on anything besides giving my car back days later than expected with a empty tank

I have attached the title search through DMVIt does not reflect any salvage title brandingIn addition, I am including a copy of the Autocheck report that shows no history of accidents or repair that would create a situation where the vehicle would be branded as salvage. The vehicle was brought in
for service in 2/but there was nothing determined to be wrong with the vehicle at that timeIf we cannot identify an issue, the VSC will not pay for a repairThe customer did purchase a Vehicle Service Contract that provided years or 36,miles of coverageThe Collateral protection Insurance is a separate insurance product for physical damage in lieu of getting full coverage comp/collisionI have attached the copy of the form where they elected this coverageThis is only an option fi the customer does not provide full coverage insurance from an outside companyThe CPI product does not and has never covered mechanical, it is for physical damageI am quite confident that they understood the difference or they would not have purchased the optional vehicle service contract for mechanical repairs. When the vehicle was brought in most recently, it had 133,miles on it, that is 10,miles over the VSC limitThere is no coverage under that warrantyIt is important to note that the VSC is through First Extended and we would be paid for the work we performThere is no reason for us to deny a claim, it is not our money and in all actuality, we get compensated for the work we performWe love warranty work, as does every other service facilityIf we were able to get this covered under the warranty, recently or in 2017, we would have been more than happy to perform the work and be compensated very fairly for it. Since the customer exceeded the warranty coverage, we did offer to finance the repair at no interestThe cost to replace the transmission was approximately $We requested that they pay 25% of that up front and we would finance the remaining balance, again, at no interest charge. If the customer prefers, they can shop that price and get the work done somewhere else, but at that point we would be unable to participate in financing the repair. At the time o the purchase, the vehicle had 87,miles and as of Feb 2018, it had 133,milesthe customer drove approximately miles in years, which we consider to be drivingThere is a balance owed of $at this timeIn order for the customer to maintain a positive credit rating, we expect the terms and conditions of the original agreement to be met.Our offer to participate int he repair at no interest still stands and we are ready to assist with that repair

The customer left the vehicle at Meador Chrysler and authorized repairsShe failed to pay for the repairs which we wound up paying forThey replaced the battery and did a diagnostic test for $No other recommendations were made for repair at this time.I offered to waive the disposition fee
as well as the past due payment and I also advised I would pay the cost of the authorized repairs that she had Meador do, we would allow her out of the lease for the early termination fee of $As far as her stating it is a "death trap" that is her opinion and I cannot change an opinion someone has regarding the product.Ms*** has had the vehicle since 2/20/2016, at which time the vehicle had miles on itThe vehicle currently has miles, that is a total of miles driven in months or an average of per monthThat is a considerable amount of miles to drive in a vehicle that someone feels is unsafeIn addition, Ms *** advised us that the vehicle was at Meador and if she had to pay any charges she would just leave it there for us to deal with, which is what happened. My offer of waiving the dispo fee as well as past due and taking care of the charges authorized by Ms*** remainsI will terminate the lease early if the early termination fee is paidIf it is not paid int he next days the vehicle will be processed as a repossessionThis has already been communicated directly to Ms***Thank you

Agreed to waive the fee and turn off checks in the future to avoid the possibility of a NSF mistakeCustomer advised me that she would pay the fee and did not want the check feature turned off

On July 3rd we were in contact with the customer regarding the returned item on the account We were attempting to make arrangements to resolve the issue but were unable to complete the process due to a disconnection of the phone, we attempted to cal back immediately with no response
Additional attempts to reconnect with the customer were made via text, email and phone with no responseOn July 10th, we assigned for repossession due to lack of contactOnce vehicle was secured, the customer was able to reach us.We have been in contact with the customer who indicated that she was not willing to pay the repossession fees and storage charge and no longer wants the vehicle.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I feel like the contract should be voided due to being rushed to sign the contract because the salesman was was in a rush because MCMC was closing if you go back and look at the time when the contract was printed and the time I made my down payment with a credit card you will see it was after closing time everyone was in a rush, we was mis informed about the insurance we was told that we had insurance I believed for a whole year that I was paying insurance and I wasn’t I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I NEEDED LIABILITY INSURANCE ON TOP OF THIS COLLATERAL INSURANCE IF I WAS I WOULD OF WENT ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I DONT LIKE THE CAR DONT LIKE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR$OFF PAYOFF IS NO DEAL UNLESS ITS MY MONEY BACK UPFRONT FOR PAYING FOR “FAKE INSURANCE” THAT I WAS MISLED ABOUT

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
I repeatedly made it clear to MCMC that the car was causing me problem after problemThe lady on the phone at MCMC told me it wasn't their problem that the car was not drivable and just told me to pay my car note or get repo'dThat is absolutely horrible customer service to someone who has invested so much money in a small time frame with their businessI spoke with *** about repairs, he told me a place to take it to, and told me about my warranty and said "but if it's not covered y'all can figure that out." Never giving me clear, confident answersThat is why I did not take the car to the shop because I could not afford anymore surprises from MCMC or any of their affiliatesBesides the horrible service I have experienced, I went and read reviews on their businessHORRIBLE! My situation is actually their usual customer complaint, being sold a car that is a "lemon" and having to deal with this frustration and financial burden*** told me that my car had roadside assistance and the tow would be covered, I let him know that I live no where near their business and asked if distance mattered, he then again told me "probably not but if it costs you, we can figure something out." These responses to my direct questions are why I made no attempt to do further business with MCMC AUTO and simply ask for my down payment refunded to meI had a mobile mechanic come out to give me an estimate for the car repair and he found so many problems with the car, he said "it looks as though they put a bandaid on a broken arm." I can gladly give his information, I also have picturesWhen the lady on the phone told me "that's not our problem, pay the car note or get repo'd" I knew then that this car lot was just out to screw over their customersI've never heard anyone say that to a paying customer, a NEW customer at thatSo after the horrible reviews and bad service I experienced, I decided to make a report and request my initial down payment refunded

For a million dollar company to fuss over floor mats is beyond meIf I would have known it would take over months, I would have left the car and ask for one with floor matsIf you are going to sell a car with missing parts just let the customer know and offer discount on the car for not being fully equipped at least they can have an option to accept or rejectIf I would miss a payment and asked you to wait days for it I would not have a carWhy don't you just label your cars AS IS and I would not expect as much.( Eventhough I am being charged like it is a new car 30,000.dollars)

The vehicle was sold as pre-owned, and does have a warranty on the powertrain, but the warranty has nothing to do with OEM floormatsThe offer for after-market floormats is still available, as was at the time of the saleThey are brand new floormatsEven if we provided OEM floormats, they would be from a vehicle that was delivered to us that had existing floormats, they would not be newWe still have the request for OEM floormats and as soon as we receive a similar vehicle that has floor mats we will be more than happy to provide them

We reported it properly but we certainly understand the situationWe will contact the Credit Reporting Agencies and have the account corrected to reflect paid in full

MCMC fails to admit that they sold me a lemonThe vehicle was unsafe, the windows would roll up or down when they felt like itThe A/C compresser was cracked and only blew hot air, the shocks went out on the rear door, the car would cut off in drive (in traffic) etcone night that vehicle had my children and I stranded on highway 30, two police officers had to come helpThey put the red flares on the ground so no one came around the corner and hit the car, and they put my children in their cars because they were sweating so badAll of these problems plus more within a 3month time frameI tried to work with MCMC however their unprofessional and rude service caused me to give up on them and complain to the Revdex.comI am unhappy with their response and I am simply asking for my down payment to be refunded to meI am getting statements on the cars condition from the mechanics that came to look at the carI have several more pictures as well as videos, I was unable to upload them all hereTwo different mechanics said the problems were long overdue and there were parts that should have been replaced long agoAs in, before I even purchased the vehicleI would like my down payment refunded to meMCMC did a poor job of "trying to repair" the vehicle and again I was repeatedly told the car would be repo'd when I would speak with customer service, which is why I never paid to get the car towed to themIt seemed like a set up to keep the car because it was actually repo'd less than two weeks laterI hope MCMC will do the right thing and refund me my down paymentThank you.

However at this time, I am awaiting the documents requested such as the copy of my contract and payment history that I should be receiving from a very helpful gentleman by the name of ***

On 3/customer called in requesting the mailing address, we advised customer this is first payment and that payment needed to be made in the following manner, over the phone, at branch location, On-line, or Pay Near MeCustomer stated she lost credit card and that she would mail
payment, again we advised against that but she stated that was her intentionWe updated the file with a promise to pay that would provide time for payment to be received. On 4/9, we still had not received the paymentWe called the customer and advised payment not received. On 4/We called and left v/m regarding the payment, on 4/we emailed the customer, on 4/13, 4/and 4/we called and left voice mail messages regarding the paymentAt 4pm on 4/after no contact, with customer, we assigned the account for repossession as a result of first payment defaultOn 4/we received notification of repossession. On 4/at 9:AM, we received an inbound call from the customer regarding the repossession and the fact that the account was not days behindWe informed her this was a first payment default and we were not going to reinstate the vehicleShe requested to speak with the GMI took the call and restated we did not intend on reinstating the loan. We allowed the customer to remove her personal property and removed the account from our portfolioThe account was closed, no negative reporting has been sent to the credit reporting agenciesIf Ms*** has a copy of a credit report that reflects something negative, I would ask that she forward me a copy of that for review as well as file an electronic dispute with the credit reporting agency in questionAn electronic dispute is the most efficient and effective way to remove something from the credit reporting.
