I was a potential customer who had contact today with [redacted] ***I made a call earlier to inquire about an xterra that I previously test drove and made an offer of 17k out the door [redacted] called me today and said that if I were to come down today and commit to the purchase, the price would be 17.5k out the doorI showed up minutes later ready to buy the car and was told that my out the door price was 20kI confronted [redacted] about the misrepresentation of the out the door price and he denied that he made such an offer and said “we will part ways” I called to issue a formal complaint and spoke to [redacted] (manager?) and he proceeded to ask me what I thought he should do about itI responded with either disciplinary action or honor the price that your sales employee offered I also emailed the listed general manager on their web site and have not received any responseAfter being lied to and treated with no professionalism I would like to inform the Revdex.com community of my experience
This is the first Infiniti store to get the new QRed SportI called and made an appointment specifically stating I would like to test drive the new modelUpon arrival they wouldn't let me drive the car without a commitment to purchase the vehicle! (because the first owner doesn't want miles on his car) Heaven forbid I put miles on the thing before forking out $60,for the carI am a current QHybrid owner (purchased one of the first ones in the state back in 2013), a qualified buyer, and genuinely interested in the vehicle and they wouldn't even offer the courtesy of turning the thing on if I didn't work out numbers and agree to buy beforehand These guys need to go back to Van Tuyl training and learn the steps of the sale! Meet and Greet, Fact Finding, Trade Appraisal and DEMONSTRATION DRIVE
We were having a hard time getting help from our local dealer so we decided to think outside the box and look in another state, and we are sure glad we didI'm not saying everything went 100% smooth with this transaction but I guess that's to be expected when everything is done over the phoneThe staff here did their best to accommodate us and were fantastic when it counted the most.We received our car this week and all I can do since then is smileI love my new car and would recommend this dealer to those who are looking for an upfront and straight forward deal

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the Infinity on Camelback in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintThe dealership can spin this whichever way they like to make it sound like they are out for the customers best interest but, the fact remains, my wife and I know what we heard from the salesman that he could do the offer 10k out the door but the manager wouldn't like it, and nothing will change thatBecause of the existing issues with the vehicle is why we wanted to "sleep on the offer" to figure out what the cost would be for us the fix the issues since Infinity on Camelback said they would not(but initially the salesman stated they would bring the vehicle to a Lincoln dealership and have it repaired) It is my position on this matter that the sales ream at Infinity on Camelback are untrustworthy, scheming and conniving and I wouldn't buy anything from them EVER and suggest that everyone else heed my warning about the practices of Infinity on Camelback Regards, [redacted]

We recently purchased our 3rd car from Infiniti on CamelbackWe have worked with Lon W [redacted] for the last two cars He is very knowledgable and fully explained all of the functions of the car and got us all set up On this last purchase, he worked long and hard to get us the deal that we wanted He went to bat for us and was our advocate to make sure that we were happy with our deal He never gave up! He went above and beyond and anyone would be lucky to work with Lon! We had other offers from other Infiniti dealers closer to home, but we only wanted to make a deal with Lon and give him our business I fully trust him and would recommend him to everyone We will be back to see Lon in three years!
