Lon W. came out from Inifinti Camelback to set me up with my new QX70. Lon is Infinti’s Technology Concierge and he is the ideal person for this job: technically capable, excellent communicator, poised, knowledgeable, friendly and exceedingly helpful. He was a big help in setting up the cool Inifinti gadgets and made driving my new QX70 even more fun than it was before he came.
PS: Lon took a call from a “high need” customer while I was with him, and did it in such a way as to keep both of us happy. I’m in sales myself, and I can tell you, that’s not easy to do.
My girlfriend and I had a great experience working with the guys at Camelback Infiniti. They were very transparent on the deal they were able to get us. It wasn't the normal runaround that you usually see when buying a car.
This was the 2nd time working with them and glad I came back. Gonna be back for sure.

Unlike some of the other dealers we shopped at before coming here, the people actually listened to us and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Lon W[redacted] was very knowledgeable in explaining all the cool features of the 2017 Infinity QX 60 ( Premium,Premium Plus, Drivers Assist). He was patient and understanding throughout the process. The dealership can spin this whichever way they like to make it sound like they are out for the customers best interest but, the fact remains, my wife and I know what we heard from the salesman that he could do the offer 10k out the door but the manager wouldn't like it, and nothing will change that. Because of the existing issues with the vehicle is why we wanted to "sleep on the offer" to figure out what the cost would be for us the fix the issues since Infinity on Camelback said they would not(but initially the salesman stated they would bring the vehicle to a Lincoln dealership and have it repaired)
It is my position on this matter that the sales ream at Infinity on Camelback are untrustworthy, scheming and conniving and I wouldn't buy anything from them EVER and suggest that everyone else heed my warning about the practices of Infinity on Camelback.

I don't write reviews often but my experience with Lon was fantastic. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and was very patient with all my questions. My husband and I enjoyed the training and we appreciate Lon's willingness to assist us anytime needed. Lon is very friendly and approachable and knows his stuff.

Learning all the new technology of an Infiniti can be daunting. Not so much with having Lon teaching you. Lon took on the challenge of teaching my wife and I not with one, but two new cars at once. (The Q50 and Qx50) Both are similar yet both are a little different.
Lon was very present, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, a truly polite gentlemen, and made the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Just a "Class Act" in every way, and I am a very hard grader.
I would say that we are both lucky, Infiniti on Camelback and my wife and I, that Lon works for both of us! As a customer, my wife and I could not be more happy. Thank you.

I was a potential customer who had contact today with [redacted]. I made a call earlier to inquire about an xterra that I previously test drove and made an offer of 17k out the door. [redacted] called me today and said that if I were to come down today and commit to the purchase, the price would be 17.5k out the door. I showed up 15 minutes later ready to buy the car and was told that my out the door price was 20k. I confronted [redacted] about the misrepresentation of the out the door price and he denied that he made such an offer and said “we will part ways”.
I called to issue a formal complaint and spoke to [redacted] (manager?) and he proceeded to ask me what I thought he should do about it. I responded with either disciplinary action or honor the price that your sales employee offered.
I also emailed the listed general manager on their web site and have not received any response. After being lied to and treated with no professionalism I would like to inform the Revdex.com community of my experience.
Lon came to our house and walked us through every detail of our new Infiniti, Great service, great experience and he covered several questions we forgot to ask!!!
Lon was so nice to come down to my house and show me all the features in my new QX60. He patiently guided me through every single step. It was a great unexpected experience, as I never had a brand new too smart car. Beyond my expectations. So grateful he helped me, because I had no idea what my car could do!

We recently purchased our 3rd car from Infiniti on Camelback. We have worked with Lon W[redacted] for the last two cars. He is very knowledgable and fully explained all of the functions of the car and got us all set up. On this last purchase, he worked long and hard to get us the deal that we wanted. He went to bat for us and was our advocate to make sure that we were happy with our deal. He never gave up! He went above and beyond and anyone would be lucky to work with Lon! We had other offers from other Infiniti dealers closer to home, but we only wanted to make a deal with Lon and give him our business. I fully trust him and would recommend him to everyone.
