I purchased a used Infiniti Qin May 2015, and my total experience was very pleasantMy sales person was [redacted] , who was very professional and helpfulMy finance manager was [redacted] who took his time explaining to me the process and the warranty planAfter having the car for one evening I noticed a scratch on the hood and called Mr [redacted] He told me not to worry and set me up an appt with the service department and my service consultant [redacted] [redacted] was there to greet me and even had a loaner car waiting for meHe took care of all my concernsFinally I was also scheduled with the Client loyalty manager [redacted] [redacted] was scheduled to teach me how to use my new car and all its fabulous features: navigation, backup camera, SXM, audio and much more It was an hour visit and well worth ever minuteI learned so muchSo thank you to everyone at Infiniti on Camelback , this place really knows how to treat their clientsI will be recommending all my friends and family to go see [redacted] and buy a new or used car today [redacted]

This business lacks integrity as well as any form of moral practiceThey purposely post misleading advertisements, inflate their prices in person, and will outright lieWe recently found a vehicle for a listed price on-line, called and confirmed the price, and made an appointment for a test driveDuring the test drive, we confirmed the price againWe told the sales person that we would buy the vehicle for their represented price, plus appropriate taxes and licensingWe did not attempt to haggle, or lower the price; we felt that what the business was selling their vehicle for was a fair priceOnce we sat down, the sales person stated she knew we really liked the vehicle so she was going to talk with her managerShe returned a short time later with an “out the door” price $10,dollars higher then what they had told us through their on-line advertisements and in-personWe spoke to the sales manager, [redacted] ***, who outright lied to usHe proceeded to displace blame, and manufacture pricesThe original advertisement also magically increased during his sales pitchHe attempted to haggle prices, despite the fact that we wanted to pay them their FULL advertised price, which we were told over the phone, and in-person [redacted] ’s behavior and the conduct of this business is hard to comprehendTheir unethical tactics, and bait-and switch behavior brings to fruition every consumers fear in purchasing a vehicle from a dealershipMy experience with this business has caused me to write the first negative review of my lifePlease be stewards of your finances and spend your hard-earned money at a business that maintains integrity

Purchasing my new Infiniti has been such a pleasant experience! Steven and Lon were amazing with helping me learn everything I needed to know about my new QThey truly went over and beyond my expectationsI would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Lon was running late for our appointment due to his earlier appointment being very late for their meetingLon called me multiple times to update me on our meeting status offering options for meetingDue to his professionalism and strong concern for my time, we met later the same dayLon took his time with me explaining in detail the features of our new car with no attempt to rushHe also exhibited great patience and understanding with my multitude of questionsLon is very personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring in a very professional approach Simply, I would seriously consider buying another vehicle from this dealership solely because of Lon Thank you Lon for the better understanding of car features and the experience of working with you

Infiniti on Camelback is the best dealership to get your Infiniti in the Phoenix or Scottsdale areaWe shopped around different Infiniti dealerships online and in personThey were the most professional, easiest to deal with and gave us the best deal aroundLon even came out to our home after the sale and went over the entire vehicle with us and all the new tech stuff! He is a great asset to Infiniti on CamelbackWe had an easy going salesman, his name is Brent HarrisThe sales manager did a great job as well, his name is Richard S*Richard answered all my questions and was very up front with all the numbersSave time, money and headaches, and go to Infiniti on Camelback

As a prior Infiniti owner, when I was told someone would be coming out to train me on my new vehicle (QX80), I thought "I've had an Infiniti for four years! What are they going to teach me?"
In the first week I have already had two visits with Lan and the first one was for hoursI had no idea what the capabilities of my car were! He gave me multiple options for navigation, phone calls and other resourcesMy head was spinning
Instead of letting the time he spent with me go to waste, I am really trying to change my
behavior patterns and use the technology of my car vsmy phone

The guy came to the house to teach me how to use my new InfinitiThis was a very helpful experience! I learned a lot about how to use all the things and gadgets and the neat features of my new carThis was so helpful! If the guy hadn't come out I wouldn't have known that my car could do so much

Best purchase I have ever madeI bought a Q50SThe service is great, with no pressure to buy a carThanks to Stephen and Polly for making the dream come trueI have never had an experience like thisAfter about a week or less, Lon will come out and show you every single feature the car has to offerThis takes about an hour, but he is so patient with it, time flies byHe is the best guy to show you everything with his knowledge about it
