Upon review of the call August 17th, 2016 that the complainant mentioned, it was found that the employee advised the complainant credit reporting would be updated as paid in full not that the credit reporting would be deleted. We apologize for the delay in a response to the consumer’s request for  receipts but we do show that the requested documents have been sent.
