I have made several purchases from SD Bullion, and have recommended them to my friends and family. They are professional and have excellent prices on their products, and I have not had a bad experience with them yet. I am highly confident that the prices they show for their products are generally lowest available, and their shipping charges are right in line with my expectations. I wish them continued success!

Megabus' Liability Administrator has finally got in touch with me 13 weeks after my claim was filed, instead of 4-6 weeks.

I am rejecting this response because:A discount code on a future trip will not rememedy the costs I've incurred because of your businesses lack of organization. A discount code is useless for somebody who never intends on riding with mega bus again. Discounting a trip is a way to guarantee you future business. It is not at all a solution for the customer. It's just a sneaky way to exploit those who have been traveling with Megabus.

Please provide us with documentation stating you have a valid reservation. Please upload the 2 emails that was sent to you after you purchase a ticket. The client was already refunded for the extra ticket purchased. Once the booking dates are updated on the website the client is able to reschedule the trip. Unfortunately, we are unaware of any problems with our website on the date of purchase. However as a courtesy we did already process a refund as mentioned previously. The client is able to contact us when she is ready to reschedule her trip and a representative will happily assist her.

I have placed several orders witth SD Bullion and was highly satisfied with the service and resukts. I intend to keep doing business with them in the future.

I have made over 20 orders from this company and have not been disappointed. They have great customer service and on time delivery. Not to mention some of the fairest prices around when it comes to silver. I always carry a business card for them in my wallet and strongly recommend this company to all.

I received 1 email confirmation. My card was charged the amount on this confirmation that I have attached as a PDF. I have disputed this transaction with my bank as well, and if this isn't resolved, I can have them provide proof of the charge and information into the investigation.

I do apologize about the inconveniences this has caused you. As per our terms and conditions, if passengers miss their bus no compensation can be given. Megabus.com reservations can only be traded in at least 3 hours prior to departure. At this time we are unable to honor your request for...

Mega bus was supposed to arrive at Baltimore MD, White Marsh MTA park and ride at 1:50am headed to Phildephia Pa.(round trip) Mega bus NEVER arrived, several people were waiting. After 45 min of waiting I had to find my own ride to Philadelphia. Once there I misses my flight and needed to return home. I called to complain to Mega and change my round trip ride back to Baltimore to a sooner date because I was now unable to go on my trip. Mega bus declined to help me, said there records indicated that Mega bus had arrived at the original location and that I had missed the bus. when I asked to speak with a manager, the associate argued with me and told me it was his policy to now end the call and that I would not be speaking with a manager, and that if I had a complaint, I needed to send an email. After being hung up on, I called back and spoke to another associate who told me, it was against Mega Bus policy to allow customers to speak on the phone with managers and therefore thats why I was hung up on. Mega Bus is an awful company and should be SHUT DOWN, they have stolen my money, caused me to miss a vacation, and there is no recovery or recourse for this action.

SD Bullion is an excellent business. Their products are exactly as advertised, shipping is prompt, prices are very reasonable, shipping costs are minimal, and they keep you posted on all aspects of your order. They are extremely helpful whether via phone or email.

Currently I have only placed one order with SD Bullion. The website was well laid out and very easy to use and search. Order placement was secure and quick. Product was shipped and received within the dates stated. Quality of the product is very good and matched the descriptions provided on the website.

Overall I had a very good experience and I would recommend SD Bullion to my friends and family.

I have refunded the trip in question for $79.00 (see below) as a gesture of good will. Megabus passengers must arrive at the bus 15 minutes prior to departure, and for safety reasons once doors are closed they  are prohibited from being reopened.

Very easy to navigate the website and conduct this transaction. The shipping was a bargain and only took 5 days to receive order, which included a weekend.

I would recommend this company w/o hesitation and plan to order more items.
