Timely, professional service. I have been conducting business with SDBullion for two years and have not experienced a single problem. With one of my orders there was an issue with my credit card and [redacted] was able to walk me through what had happened, which was my fault, and helped to resolve the situation with one call. All the orders, 4 total, have delivered as promised and some were delivered quicker than originally promised! Would highly recommend.

SD Bullion has done a great job of meeting my expectations. I have done around twenty transactions all without any problems. In short, their service is great.

I am rejecting this response because: The business states that in their trade-in statement it mentions that the credit can be traded in for another trip. When reading the mentioned text, nowhere does it mention that the trade-in must be used for a trip to be purchased immediately at the time of the trade-in. I read through the trade-in information and followed that I would at least be able to save the credit for my trip for a future date. If Megabus clearly lined out that all trade-in credit can not be saved and must be used immediately upon trade-in for the purpose of purchasing a different trip at that same moment, I would have at least double checked my decision before paying. If Megabus is content with their position, the least they could do is revisit the trade-in section of their services. I still believe that I should be reimbursed for the misleading clause of their trade-in policy.

Good service, easy to navigate website, ships fast. The only place I'd buy metals.

I was told by three differant agents on the phone that the bus departed at 6:33 pm and was due to arrive in fayetteville,nc at 11:33 pm a full 40 minutes before the original time  and how could it have gotten there early when its always late all the time who is lying and who's not also they never want to honor their two hour window of the bus being late or own up to it they try to get out of it all the time

I am rejecting this response because:We spoke on Monday in reference to my case with Megabus.  And I am responding in regards to our conversation.  Thank you for speaking with me in regard to my case.I want to inform  you that Megabus has not fulfilled the agreed upon solution.  And has not and will not respond to address resolution.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am happy to verify- I have a witness and am happy to provide her contact information; she arrived with me 15 minutes before the departure time (as stated by your policy). She will be able to independently verify that I arrived before time, waited through the time you name as the time the bus departed. She can independently verify that no bus left that [redacted] stop at any of the 3 times it was stated to have departed; it had to have left earlier than the scheduled departure and given that I took the measures accorded by MegaBus standards, I am not at fault; Megabus has falsely advertised and taken my money without providing service. Additionally, as evidenced by my numerous recorded phone calls that night with customer service, I describe my exact moves including how long I waited at the bus stop.

I am rejecting this response because:The Mega Bus was 3 hours late on my date of departure.  I have no reason to make false claims against  Mega Bus.  There were others waiting outside in Louisville, KY when the Mega Bus arrived 3 hours late.  A one-way ticket is not acceptable for this extensive amount of time and lateness.  Therefore, I am requesting again, my complete cost of $44.50 to be refunded back to my credit card.  I would also like my complaint escalated and thoroughly investigated to authenticate my story.
