Please be advised that all seats on megabus.com are sold on a reservation basis and you must travel at your specified time and date. Customers are required to be at their departure point at least 15 minutes before their selected trip is scheduled to depart. This allows megabus.com drivers to board...

customers in a timely manner avoiding any delays that may impact the departure of the vehicle. No refunds or credits will be given in instances where customers miss the bus.However, in some locations megabus.com offers a same day reservation change for a fee of $5.00, per passenger, based on seat availability. You can see the dispatcher on duty at the stop to see what your options are.

I apologize about the inconveniences this has caused you. Please understand that as compensation we provided passengers with a redemption code for future travels. Per our internal compensation policy we are unable to honor your request of a refund.

I have purchased silver rounds and eagles from other sites but SDBULLION has the best prices and delivery times. As a comparison, I just cancelled a 200 coin order with NWTM due to their inability to deliver after four months of waiting. Now NWTM just informed me that they will send me a refund within four weeks from date of refund request! Wow what a scam.

SDBULLION is the only dealer I would recommend.

The client's ticket was refunded and we are offering a one way complimentary ticket also.

Great place to do business. Prices are fair and shipping is super fast. The videos are very informative. Will be doing business with them again.

I am rejecting this response because:You lied about refunding me 100% of my reservation ($56.00) and you did not provide compensation in the manner requested. You only emailed me voucher links, broken up in two amounts ($20.00 and $9.00) to coerce me to use the vouchers at my expense in the future.You arrived 3.5hrs late to [redacted], first after saying the bus would be 90-120 mins behind schedule, then saying you don't know when and if the bus would arrive in [redacted] after an additional follow up call. All the while, I and the other passengers were standing in the freezing, pouring rain with no shelter, causing me to get sick. Your bus on the night of May 19, 2017, didn't show after being tremendously late. Your breach of contract caused me to miss my engagement in [redacted], which was another financial expense, and further, led to my return trip (Sunday May 21, 2017, from [redacted] at 2:25pm to [redacted], arriving at 8:15pm) being sacrificed. My trip cost $56.00 not $29.00. I want full compensation for my trip. Not some half-hearted, piece-mealed voucher for $20.00 then $9.00 to do additional business at my expense with your predatory and corrupt company. You were paid in full and up front for services that you did not render. So don't give me fragmented compensation. I want my money ($56.00) credited to my credit card or a check addressed and mailed to me.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello, I am rejecting this response because I purchased my ticket and never received the actual ticket/ reservation number/services you are supposed to provide me. I made more than several attempts to remedy this situation. Email, phone calls etc. and still never received my ticket. Instead, I received an email stating [redacted] received the transaction. The only contact information attached to the email was an email address to contact if there were any issues. I emailed that address and looked up several numbers. All of which were no help. After spending hours exhausted on the phone talking to people who couldn't help me. I was left to find another form of transportation. How can a business feel they are not at fault? An error occurred in your system clearly. I went above and beyond to fix this situation. Calling over 20 numbers attached to the [redacted]/Mega Bus name. Should be so simple.. It's so incredibly sad to see a business treat its customers this way. I'm choosing to stand up for all the others who you have scammed by you. Your terms of service state that there are no refunds for services. My problem is the simple fact that I never received goods/services in any way.

I have purchased items several times from SDBullion, using a personal check each time. Their communications are excellent--acknowledging order receipt, payment receipt, and shipping notice. The product is always as described, and arrives safely packaged. An excellent experience all around.

I have been doing business with silverdoctors for several years you can depend on this company to be competitive and to follow through with delivery . Silverdoctors has a transparent advertised price for current repurchase should you need to liquidate some of your Holdings.
I recommend the doc and silver doctors. All business experience has been positive with this company.

I have had 6 transactions with SD over the past 2 1/2 years. These folks are the best. AAA in my book.

We are only able to offer a one way complimentary ticket for future travel.
