My first tie dealing with SD Bullion! It was simple and a pleasure to talk with one of their customer service reps. who stepped me through the ordering process. My package arrive quickly and securely. Thanks so much.

Sd Bullion is a very reputable company that I can highly recommend!
They ship the products they advertise, safely packaged, and in a timely manner.
I have dealt with them three times now and each time I have been very satisfied.
I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing bullion

Took megabus for first time from Philadelphia to NYC. Before even boarding the bus they charged us $20 for extra bags even though we only had one carry on bag each. In their terms and conditions they do not give actual dimensions of a carry on bag only "suggested" sizes so that's a setup and we were victims of that setup. Also, they charged us for the extra bags three times on our credit card, we are now disputing the other charges. Finally, the driver, while we were stuck in traffic, decided to get inot a road rage fight with another driver trying to signal into the lane. Do yourself a favor and try another bus line, this one is the worst !

I am rejecting this response because:  I was only refunded partially.  I purchased two round trip tickets, and I ended having to drive.  Therefore, I was unable to use any of the tickets....

 I requested a full refund, not just for a one way refund. I spent over $120, not including the tickets, which is almost 10 times the price of the tickets.  Thanks to their poor scheduling and poor customer service.  I want a full refund for the round trip purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:
The bus did not depart as scheduled. In fact, Megabus's records have reflected 3 different departure times, thus those "records" obviously could not be true as they shift consistently; meanwhile, my story of what happened that night has never waivered because it is in fact the truth. In the last email, I was asked to provide proof that I was at the bus stop 15 minutes ahead of schedule and stayed 20 minutes after and no bus came within this window; I have a witness for everything I am stating and that is in fact proof. Even my calls with megabus itself (that night), prove the verity of my complaint. I am happy to provide the necessary evidence; it is obvious that megabus has made an error and it speaks very poorly of Megabus that this company has reported 3 different "departure" times, allowed a manager to hang up in my face, left a paying customer and refuses to right any of these apparent wrongs.

this response because: I have phone records showing that I had been calling Megabus since 8:10am both my wife and I and the extremely rude customer service reps kept telling me that they could not track this bus because it was not an actual megabus and kept hanging up when I asked to speak to a supervisor. So unless this bus picked up from a location OTHER than what was listed on the email it DIDNOT come at 8:15am and I stayed at that same location until after 10am

I was very impressed with the speedy service provided by SD Bullion. I am planning on doing future business with this company.

Had a great transaction with SD Bullion. The instant message chat service helped seal the deal and I felt confident going into the transaction. After they received my payment and made sure my check cleared, they shipped the product discreetly and quickly in a taped-reinforced cardboard box.

Their price-over-spot for Silver Eagles was lower than I could find anywhere and they were quicker than the last dealer I tried.

I'm confident the only way this transaction could have been more quick and secure is if I had gone into an actual store and paid a higher premium for the bullion.

An incident happened during this trip from Chicago to Ohio on 9/6/17, I received several calls, from another customer traveling Megabus, that was on the same trip falsely accusing me of stealing his black bag containing a computer. A Megabus personnel provided that customer with some of my private information, stating it was recorded in their video systems, I had taken his bag and he should press charges. I did not do such a thing, I am not a thief and did not steal anything. I border the bus with 3 bags and exited the bus with 3 bags. Megabus can verify through their video recording. Accusing me of theft is a serious accusation. I spoke to supervisor Maria who advice me to send this message to Megabus site. I am a frequent traveler and always carry the same 3 bags. I have chosen Magabus for how fast, economical and a more convenient drop off location. I am requesting Megabus investigates this incident. I do not want this false accusation to impact my credibility and my personal life in any way impacting my future travel plans with Megabus.
