Just wanted to acknowledge great customer service took my car in for routine maintenance and had outstanding service from [redacted]  in the service department Highly recommend this location

I had a great experience at ABC Nissan with Cory M [redacted] There was no pressure and he was able to get me to a comfortable month payment in a car I loveI have and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know

Yesterday, my daughter, granddaughter and myself went to ABC Nissan on Camelback to attempt a purchase using their graduating college student incentives After (yes 4) hours, we were denied due to credit issues When I got home I discovered they had run my credit SEVEN TIMES I am appalled Each run is a ding on my credit! What a poor excuse for a company! The customer service was poor, but this attempt to destroy my credit is absolutely is unforgivable

This dealership refused to cover warrant workThey turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck servicedThey claimed it was bc my vehicle was manufactured in CanadaI gave them my vin before I even scheduled the appointment and they didnt mention a problemAfter contacting multiple dealerships, they confirmed that my warranty does transfer to usaThe dealership just needs to do some extra work to contact nissan Canada to be paidI contacted the dealership backThey still refused to cover the warranty workClaimed I had to contact nissan canada to be reimbursed after I paid them myselfWhich is not correctThey suggested that I take my truck to a dealership that was over an hour away to get the work doneAll because they didn't want to do the extra work to be paidCraig was very rude, zero customer service, didn't even attempt to contact nissan Canada to confirm anythingJust absolutely refused to helpNever would I recommend this dealership for a purchase, especially if this is the service you can expect from themNot to mention the service quality that would be performed, probably better off getting serviced somewhere else anyways

I had a very positive experience last night at ABC My sales representative Kristen B [redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without making it a high pressure environment When I moved into the finance area, I was greeted by Michael who was also a pleasure to work withIf you head to this dealership, I would ask to work with both of them

I have had my Nissan 350Z serviced at ABC Nissan every months for an oil change since we bought it in I am disappointed in the followingJune – Vehicle Serviced at ABC Nissan with “World Class Inspection” of the vehicleLess than month later we had radiator problems and service technician said that the radiator had not been adequately serviced and fluids topped offNissan has never recommended any type of service for the radiator and clearly their “inspection” failed to catch the low radiator fluidSeptember – We brought the vehicle into an independent garage due to clutch problems The problems were caused because transmission fluid had never been added or serviced Again something that Nissan should have caught when we brought the car in every 6-months We have been advised that because of Nissan’s failure to top off or inspect the transmission fluid the master cylinder may need to be replaced sooner than normalABC Nissan you are too interested in charging me for service issues rather than focusing on regular maintenance In addition your Gold/Green/Blue service specials are a scam because they involve tire rotation and you cannot rotate tires on a 350Z since the front and rear are different sizesABC Nissan, never again - I am done with you! And it’s not just one service adviser we have seen several so I blame the culture which is likely a fault of the management team

I just purchased a Juke with these guys after shopping around and inquiring at other Nissan dealershipsMy sales associate, [redacted] , went out of his way to make me feel comfortable purchasing my first carUnlike my experiences at other dealerships, I was treated like genuine person and did not get the "sketchy car salesman vibe" at allI liked that my needs were heard outright and they gladly worked with them instead of being pushyThanks, [redacted] and management!

My experience with Abc Nissan was great, they answered all my questions and my salesman was very knowledgableI am very pleased with my new vehicleI will recommend them to my friends and family
