I brought my 'Armada in for service [redacted] was the gentalmen who took care of meHe was very helpful on what servicing needed to be done to my ArmadaHe explained everything very well and in detail what was going to be doneI would defiantly recommend ABC Nissan to anyone and tell them to ask for [redacted] ! I never believed buying a car was so easyFrom the moment I got out of my car, Mike R [redacted] from ABC Nissan offered his help, walked me through the whole process and stayed by my side until the purchase was completeHe took the time to show me his inventory and from the moment I choose one, he showed me how to program all the features of the vehicle

I want to thank [redacted]  for helping me get in to my new nissan, I loved the attention and dedication to help me get itthank you again I recommend this guy hes awesome

Back in October I went to go get a Nissan Sentra, they told me I was approved for a financingLeft with the car thenm went on a vacationI get a call days later saying I need to come in but they could not tell me why so I did not think was anything important since they could not tell me whyMy vacation was up in more days, and I was not going to waste it to come down for nothing after my vacation I came in after I talking to thim everyday for the days I was on vacationthey told me that I was overcharged and they were trying to give me back money when I get there they tell me that I was not approved and that they wanted me to sign another contract to where I would have to pay more money .they were pretty much putting me up against the wall well I didn't take their offer so they blocked the car off with another car charged me for all the miles that I drove then said they had to pay for a tow truck driver when they knew I was on a tripThey only want to gI've me back lIke 200$ oUT of 1000$ I pUT down bUT the card I pUT it on I eneed up turning it off .well they hAve been refusing to pay me back my down payment after I've talked to Consumer Affairs and they told me they were going to give it back and so did ABC Nissan right after that there's a manager there William who is doing everything in his power to make sure that I do not receive my down payment back or letting me talk to Travis hope the general manager he is gone to as far as to tell all the employees to not let me talk to him either and everytime I call William will pretend that he's him and tell me every lie possible.seem like no one care and after just losing my house to a fire then they literally left me stranded on the curb with all my things my girlfriend and my little dog I have been treated horribly I feel like I am getting robbed and and bullied for my money than I work hard for if there's anybody that is reading this that can help me please cuz I am out of options and all I'm asking for is what's mine and nothing more

I made an attempt to purchase a nissan altima with this companyI mentioned that there were scratches and a dent in the bumper that bothered me which I was told the mpp service that I purchased will take the dent out and buffer the scratchesI was asked to return for a meeting that I promptly arrived to and the person who made the appointment was not thereI was told that they had the wrong social and that my income was written incorrectly as well when I dont recall giving a specific mnthly income besides my paystubs and saying how much I get paid hourlyThey also mentioned that mpp does not cover bumper dents and my address was incorrect on the temporaryI asked if I could return the vehicle and start over with a new one, I was told that this could not happen legally however they would call me after the weekendI waited business days before I contacted them and made them aware that I will be traveling out of state and need to know if I was approved or notI was then told that I was in fact approved and need to come into the dealership to "finalize the loan" I mentiomed that if I was approved there is nothing for me to sign and I dont need to come inThey said that they have a better offer on the car and I have to come inI mentioned that if I need to come in then I would bring the car back and I was asked to speak with a financial advisorWhen I arrived to return the keys I was told that they didnt know I was bringing the car back, they had a sales manager tell me that I am legally binded to the car by the contract and cannot leave itI asked for proof that a bank approved my loan according to what I signed and they left me alone with my friend in the office for 30minI then spoke with the man who sold the car to me and he asked if I would sign if they fixed the bumper and buffer the scratches for meI responded no because of the bad service I have recieved so farI said I would leave the keys with him and he refused to take themI left them on the desk and took a pictureAnother manager came in and asked me not to take pictures of leaving the keys and that I need to pay for the added miles on the carAs I walked away they sarcastically asked to refund the downpayment and if I wanted water or popcorn to take homeI responded "I came here and did not disrespect any of you, I tried to be nice and content and handle business but you make it very difficult to do" I took pictures of the car parked in their lot and they came out and snatched the temporary plates off of the car so I couldnt take any more pictures of it

I went into this dealership expecting to have the best quality of customer service based on the ratings onlineUnfortunately, I had the complete opposite experienceAnd to be quite frank, I have never had such horrible service in my life! It was so bad, that it made me want to file a complaintTerrence who is a sales manager at ABC Nissan gave me a call asking if I was still interested in a specific vehicle and I said yesHe said he would go over a few things and call me backWell, he never called me backTried calling him a few times just to see where we were at in the process and never got a call backHad to ask for a live person instead of his VM each timeWhen I finally got a live person, he told me the vehicle had sold the day beforeWhich made no sense and seemed very fishy since Terrance had just called me a couple hours priorOnce I said that, the sales guy on the phone kept putting me on holdI'm assuming to come up with something to sayI let him know that I would appreciate for Terrance to call me back to let me know exactly what went wrongWhen I finally got a call, they let it ring two times which did not allow me the chance to even get to my phoneNo VM was leftAt this point I became very frustratedI Called back and asked for a supervisorAt that point I was transferred, the phone rang a couple times, then someone picked up and hung up the phone on meMaking it impossible to really speak with a supervisor or a manager of this ABC Nissan since I was getting ignored each and every timeI was ready to buy a car and for them to make that sale, but because of the lack of common courtesy and customer service, I will never go back and purchase a vehicle from ABC NissanI would not recommend them at all

To Whom It May Concern: Mr [redacted] was issued a refund check for the warranty products he purchased from our store in the amount of $1158.22, after he submitted a similar letter of concern to the Attorney General's office eariler in the month Mr [redacted] cashed his refund check on 11/23/ As the customer has received and been paid his refund money, ABC Nissan considers this matter to be closed Sincerely, Travis H [redacted] General Manager | ABC Nissan

If you need service for your Nissan, ABC is the place to go and [redacted] is the man to seeI have been using dealership service centers for years and have never worked with a more knowledgeable or accommodating service adviserI would never consider talking to anyone else about service for my Nissan XterraIf you are tired of wasting time with all those guys who adjust something just to see if "that'll get it", go see ***He'll find the solution the first time and it will be fixed right the first time
