I originally brought my Nisan Maxima in for a 60,mile service on Saturday, June 4th My car was there for about hours and I spent $This was a big time and monetary commitment for me
The very next day, Sunday, my tire pressure light came onOn the following Tuesday, days after service, my check engine light came onAfter speaking with the service advisor on the phone regarding my concerns, I brought my car back in on Thursday, June 9th,
I was advised that I had a nail in my right rear tire and that the Mass Air Flow Sensor needs to be replacedNot having the additional hours I must wait to have the tire replaced/patched, I chose to go to a tire shop located by my home the following dayI dropped off my vehicle and told them the issue with the tireThey called shortly after stating they had checked all of my tires and could not find a nailThey also checked for any possible leaks to no availI am very confused on how a nail was found on Thursday but no trace of it on Friday
In regards to the MAF Sensor, I find it difficult to understand, if this was the issue, how it wasn’t detected on Saturday when my car was being inspected for hours and $Is it just a coincidence that the engine and tire lights came on within days of having my car serviced there?
I will NOT do business with ABC Nissan in the futureI will not be bringing my vehicle back for any services, I will not use the body shop for the exterior work needed and I absolutely will not be buying my next vehicle thereI have no confidence in ABC Nissan
I sent the above message via e-mail to the service advisor I worked with and service manager on 6/13/I have yet to hear back from themI also received a phone call on 7/5/from the customer interaction center for ABC Nissan (a subcontracted company)I told them of my negative experience and still have not heard from ABC NissanAlthough I am not surprised since they do not seem to be concerned with keeping their customers happy

*** was contact by myself, personally, on October 11, 2014, to discuss his concerns regarding his Leaf EZ Charge card and his experience dealing with one of our sales representatives. It was determined during this call that *** was owed an
charging card for his vehicle, as it was part of a promotion being run by *** *** ***. However, we had never received a package with the materials or information needed from *** to provide to our Leaf customers purchasing from our dealership. I told *** I would contact *** personally to ensure that the card was being shipped to us, and I would let him know as soon as it became available. I also ensured him that *** *** prides ourselves on giving our customers top-notch service, and the frustrations he experienced with our sales team would be addressed immediately. Upon receiving the EZ Charge information and card, I had our General Sales Manager contact the customer to find out if he would like to pick up his materials or have them shipped. He chose for us to ship them to his home, and they were set to arrive by October 17,

There is one great reason to take your car to ABC Nissan for service- [redacted]. I have never had a better experience getting a vehicle repaired than when he oversees the service. Great customer service is not common these days, but [redacted] is always friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I wouldn't take my car for repairs to anyone else!

My Ex wife had bought a car from Jessica last year and was so pleased with her that she recommended me to Jessica as well. She is impressive, she knows her inventory and car features, she`s polite, funny, kind, and very professional. I would recommend her over any car sales person I have met.

My experience with [redacted] was great. I was hesitant to go to any dealership' but david adame helped me along every step. I enjoyed my time at abc nissan.

[redacted] is the best!!! I was having problems getting financed, even my own bank wouldn't finance me. [redacted] was able to work his magic and not only did he get me into a vehicle, he sold me a new 2014 Sentra. I'm sure I was a headache for [redacted] but he never showed it and stayed patient the whole time with a smile on his face. Before you go anywhere else go see [redacted] at ABC Nissan you won't be disappointed. [redacted]

I have gone to a few dealerships looking for a car that I like and one that would suit my needs, but before going to ABC Nissan I never felt very pressured. When I got to ABC Nissan I was greeted my a salesperson named Cory. He was polite and listened about what my needs were. I'm really happy he took such great care of me! When it came time to prices I never felt pressure and I never once felt like he was trying to get me to do something I didn't want to do. He also explained everything to me and was very patient when I didn't understand and had to explain again. I would recommend ABC Nissan and Cory to anyone!

Buyer beware! Scam alert!
If you purchase a vehicle from ABC Nissan your information will be shared among their various sales people and you will be continuously harassed by those sales people.
I purchased a vehicle from ABC Nissan back in 2013 and their sales department calls me relentlessly because I am a "loyal customer" and they want to purchase my vehicle from me for "thousands of dollars!"
Even when I told them "No, I am keeping my car" a different sales person will call about 12 hours later.
When they call they ask for me by name and they reference my current vehicle.
This is a very concerning privacy issue! I had asked them to remove my number from their call list. The current sales person will claim my phone number removal is done, however, 12 hours later a different sales person is calling again attempting to purchase my vehicle from me.
Common sense: they will never pay me what I had paid out for my vehicle. This is a scam to get more money out of me.
Due to this harassment (it truly is harassment) and the privacy concern/issue I will NEVER do business with ABC Nissan again. I am planning to trade my vehicle in at a Honda or Toyota dealership so that ABC Nissan won't harass this "loyal customer" anymore.
I have been told by various people who have purchased their vehicle from a Honda dealership they are never bothered by the sales department.
If you do not want your information passed around from person to person at ABC Nissan then it is best you steer clear of them and their practices.

I would like to comment on first-rate treatment I received at ABC Nissan related to my meeting with**. [redacted] on 8 Oct 2014. I was having difficulty with the transactions related to my recently purchased Nissan Altima, and could not get satisfaction from Nissan Motor Acceptance or others that I contacted. I was attempting to resolve the issues at various levels but met with resistance and it seemed that no one wanted to listen anymore and were not interested in further discussions with me. I was fortunate enough to be contacted by [redacted] and he invited me in to come in to discuss the situation and find resolution. I was really disgusted with ABC Nissan and thought my concerns would never be resolved. Upon my arrival [redacted] immediately invited me into his office. He was extremely professional, explaining, investigating and obtaining facts related to my purchase in order to find resolution. In a very short time he knew and understood my unique situation, made a few phone calls, had all the facts and offered suggestions and solutions that were reasonable and really fair. He treated me with respect and I was comfortable talking with him throughout our entire meeting. He turned my impression of Nissan 180% around and I don’t think any customer could be happier than I am. I want to thank Nissan and **. [redacted] should be recognized for his professionalism, kindness, concern for customers, and his investigative and problem solving and communicative skills. Please convey my thanks and appreciation to [redacted] as I am sure I will be a repeat customer and tell my friends and associates the kind of treatment and courtesy they will receive at ABC Nissan. In addition I will recommend they visit ABC Nissan for their next purchase.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My primary purpose for not accepting ABC Nissan's bogus apology and fabricated story is because first of all, I am the one who wrote the three major credit bureaus disputing the transaction of this establishment. Second, clear disclosure was made not to run my credit. I am following the instructions of my loan officer from [redacted], not to mention  the two hour, one on one credit course that I had to take. I am in the process of purchasing a home, and no major hits should be displayed on my credit report for the next 90 days. Of course they did not know this, because it's on a need to know basics. They blatantly disregarded my concerns, took it upon themselves to do as they wish. This behavior is not acceptable, not tolerated and unprofessional.  I wish to pursue to the fullest extent of the law. This act is punishable by the [redacted]. When does no, mean NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never believed buying a car was so easy. From the moment I got out of my car, Mike R[redacted] from ABC Nissan offered his help, walked me through the whole process and stayed by my side until the purchase was complete. He took the time to show me his inventory and from the moment I choose one, he showed me how to program all the features of the vehicle.
