Dear All, Beware of all guys from ABC Nissan , because they will cheat you and sell you crappy Vehicles with Mechanical problems literally cheat you with pricing on sale and what you will pay after financingThese people have lots and lots of cars at good price shows on internetBut when you go there, they will make you wait for long and make you nervous and then sell you all kind to protection plans and warranties and coverage, which you don't needBut eventually that will adds up in your car financing amount and you will epaying lot more money than you expectedAfter you buy a car and go homeThen you think of calling and asking for help.....they will transfer you and transfer and put you on the hold for long enough that you hayourselfReally crap service, but they sell lots of cars by putting good price on internetand cheats people when they go to buy there.I recently purchase a brand new Nissan Sentra a few days later I started to have mechanical problems found engine oil leaking isolated leak coming from back side of timing cover, found that oil gallery plug on side of timing cover had poor sealing from factoryI took it back to the dealership and requested for an exchange since am no longer comfortable with this vehicle I don't feel safe driving this car anymore they give me such a hassle when I went they try to give a used car for much more money instead of fixing this problem they were trying to screw me over I cannot believe what a horrible experience this has been I never picture buying my first car would be such a nightmare

Purchased car and within few weeks began having issues with brand new carIn less than a year, I had alternator, berrings, band, brakes, fuel pump, fuel line and transmission issues and other bulletin issues resolvedI
had to file a complaint with Nissan Corp and Revdex.com for ABC to finally check my car in detailWhen I picked up my car, I was told to fill out survey and give good scores as my previous have not been so goodI did fill out with better ratings than beforeHowever, next day I received a call from ***, Service Manager, that I still gave a bad survey and what was up with thatI explained again I'm not happy with the car, I'm not happy I had to go higher up for them to finally look at my car in more detailThen *** said I need to go somewhere else! So because they provide very poor customer service, sold bad product with a warranty that is saving me on this not dependable new car, I'm suppose to give good score on survey, and I didn't so now I'm told to go somewhere elseGood customer service goes a long wayIf they would have shown a little concern and stood by their product I would be happy because I saw they caredBut all I see is they only car to get the sale, once the car is off the lot they don't care

The offers on the Internet are great Make a call and they promise you everything Get in the dealership and it is high pressure, shady, bait and switch, no listening for customer requestJust unethical salesmenship Try to get a manager to return a call to voice a concern about treatment of a customer and never a call back after four calls If this were the last car dealership on earth, I would ride a bicycle

Most horrible auto purchase exprience ive ever had to go through in MY LIFE! These people are SNAKES and will do anything possible to get u a horrible DEAL! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

We just bought our second car from ABC NissanWe had a great experience both timesWe worked with Jorge A*** both timeHe listened to what we wanted and understood our budgetThey worked quickly, but if we did have to wait they were great at offering us something to eat or drinkWe will certainly be back

I had a very positive experience with Sarah and she had no problem with all of our questions and concerns, she helped make it a smooth and simple expieirience and we thank her for that as well her professionalism and knowledge on the vehicle

ABC Nissan has had the opportunity to speak directly with Mr***, and has made an appointment for him to come in to our Service Department on Monday, February 24, 2014, at 7:00am. We will be addressing concerns that Mr*** has regarding a failed basensor on his
vehicle, as well as looking at his brakes to determine if they require repair We have offered Mr*** the opportunity to have his vehicle detailed while we have it in for repairs, and the customer has also been offered a rental car to use while we have his car in for repair.We are certain that Mr***’s issues will be addressed, and we look forward to his visit this upcoming Monday. I was at ABC Nissan on July to buy a white a Nissan Sentra SR.(I checked with them first to make sure they had the specific car that I was looking for)
When I arrived to the dealership they had a black Sentra to test drive (i was there for a white Sentra)Jason the sales guys told me that they had the white Sentra at a spare lot and that they will get it while we made the deal
After spending hours working a deal and both parties agreed to a deal they told me that they didn't have the carThe asked me if I was open to lease an Altima (i wasn't looking to lease neither wanted an Altima) they asked me if I wanted the black or charcoal color (I was looking for white)
In short words they tried to sell me a ghost car a car they didn't have
Stay away from ABC Nissan, they will try to sell you a car that they don't own and will try to get you into something you aren't looking for or dont want

I will always buy my cars from Abc Nissan my there service department is excellent it is an awesome experience to deal with Abc Nissan from the finance people to the service people to the sales people awesome experience any day of the week is

*** *** was my salesperson, and he is a very nice and helpful individualHe did everything he could to provide personal service and help me out in my buying experience
That being said, ABC Nissan as a whole provided some of the worst customer experience of my lifeThe sole reason I bought with them was their proximity to my homeFrom start to finish they were awful to work with and scraped by with a sale by the skin of their teeth
They blew up my phone for a month even though I asked them repeatedly not to call me, as I would be in to purchase when I was readyThe salesperson I was supposed to be dealing with through *** car buying service no showed on me, so I was stuck with a (very nice) rookie who didn't know the processThey tried to bait and switch me for a 30% more expensive version of the car I had chosen to purchase through that car buying serviceand the list goes onI work in luxury hospitality, and I can assure you that this is NOT good customer service
In the end I did purchase the car I wanted, which is wonderful, but overall I urge you to go to any other *** dealership to do business

I brought my subaru legacy here to be repaired after being rear-ended After keeping the car for several days past the promised repair date, I picked up the car only to learn that several items had been taken from my center console Both the service advisor *** and the so-called manager *** refused to replace the items saying that they aren't responsible for items left in the car Apparently what they aren't responsible for is their employees stealing items from your car They were rude and ignorant and have no idea how to treat a customer, all the while hiding behind their waiver I would avoid this place at all costs, they are liars and thieves I can't believe they are recommended by the Revdex.com despite the fact that of the current reviews are negative

I recently bought a Nissan Altima and *** *** did an amazing job with the sales process and found a model that is exactly what I was looking forHis fun and energetic personality made the experience one that I will not forget

ABC Nissan has removed Mr***'s information from our internal database, and apologize if receiving calls from our
store inconvenienced Mr*** in any way. We had received notification from the customer's lender, *** *** *** ***,
that
Mr***'s lease was close to termination and that he would be in need of another vehicle. While we have removed Mr***'s information from
the database at our dealership, we are not able to access ***'s database to notate the customer's file that he would not like to receive
phone calls regarding his upcoming termination. If Mr***'s would like to ensure *** does not provide this information to any other
Nissan dealers, we recommend that he contacts the *** Customer Care at *** ***
We are truly sorry for any trouble that receiving unwanted phone calls from our dealership may have caused Mr***. We

I really loved my experience I had at ABC NissanI didn't end up buying a car because of my credit, but I never felt pressured at all while I was thereCory found me a car I loved and fit my needsI know I will be back to buy soon and wouldn't go to anyone but Cory!
