I took my 2014 Altima in for an oil change and tire check and was very pleased with the service. The young man that attended me was [redacted]. The service was professional and quick. I recommend ABC Nissan Service Department and Mr. [redacted] for your car needs.

I cant express my gratitude enough. After spending weeks talking to countless dealerships, auto parts stores, online professionals, and Reviewing forums for hrs. I finally was able to find a person that actually knew what I was talking about. That person’s name is [redacted] from the parts department at ABCNissan. If it not for victors knowledge, I have no doubt in my mind I would have over paid for an alternative part that every dealer, auto parts store, and online professional kept pushing on me. [redacted] not only showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable, but was also extremely professional, courteous and above all took the time to actually make sure that I (the customer) was satisfied. This is the type of customer service you would expect from a house held name like Nissan. But leave it up to [redacted] from ABCNissan in Phoenix To save the rest of your guy’s butts. I have had my Nissan 350Z serviced at ABC Nissan every 6 months for an oil change since we bought it in 2007.
I am disappointed in the following.
June 2014 – Vehicle Serviced at ABC Nissan with “World Class Inspection” of the vehicle. Less than 1 month later we had radiator problems and service technician said that the radiator had not been adequately serviced and fluids topped off. Nissan has never recommended any type of service for the radiator and clearly their “inspection” failed to catch the low radiator fluid.
September 2014 – We brought the vehicle into an independent garage due to clutch problems. The problems were caused because transmission fluid had never been added or serviced. Again something that Nissan should have caught when we brought the car in every 6-months. We have been advised that because of Nissan’s failure to top off or inspect the transmission fluid the master cylinder may need to be replaced sooner than normal.
ABC Nissan you are too interested in charging me for service issues rather than focusing on regular maintenance. In addition your Gold/Green/Blue service specials are a scam because they involve tire rotation and you cannot rotate tires on a 350Z since the front and rear are different sizes.
ABC Nissan, never again - I am done with you! And it’s not just one service adviser we have seen several so I blame the culture which is likely a fault of the management team.

My experience with Abc Nissan was great, they answered all my questions and my salesman was very knowledgable. I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

ABC Nissan saleswoman attempted to use numerous used car salesman gimmicks to drive up the cost of the vehicle, told me it was sold, then called me back saying it was still available. I attempted to contact management to clarify vehicle status and would not return my call. Finally dealt with saleswoman who sold me the vehicle, which was a done deal until a manager actuall called me back but then stated they had just sold the vehicle after I had placed multiple offers and was told I had purchased it. Come to find out it was sold to an employee. I contacted management up to the general manager, none of which thought any wrongdoing had occurred and repeatedly toldme "It is, what it is!"

Great Deal, kept their word, got truck cheaper than the out the door quote, didn't drag the deal into the ground, was quick and pleasant. THANK YOU [redacted] and all involved!

I purchased a car for my cousin here and the service was great and will recommend my friends and family to purchase their new vehicle here at this location. I plan on coming back in the near future and buying a new truck. Thank you Rianna for your wonderful service!

for the cost of new tires she had purchased for her Nissan 370Z and provide her with a wheel alignment at no charge.  We assured Ms. [redacted] that her satisfaction was very important to us, and apologized for any frustration she had to encounter trying to have her vehicle's issues addressed by our staff.  She assured us that she is happy with the outcome of our meeting, and also comfirmed with our General Sales Manager that she attempted to retract the complaint with the Revdex.com after her issued had been resolved.  ABC Nissan is happy to be able to have helped Ms. [redacted] with her concerns, and hope that she remains part of the Nissan family for many years to come.

Took my car in for an estimate and because I had an estimate from the Insurance Company's adjuster they worked off of it. When the car was done they had to request a supplement payment from the Insuarance Company and because they didn't have a contract with the Insurance Company they will not release my car until they get paid. They said they told me that and trust me if they had I would not have left my car there. I already had a check for over 900.00 to pay repairs and they told me I could pay the balance and they would release the car. Not good business. Would never recommend them to do repairs or purchase a new car.

I purchased a new 2015 Nissan Xterra Satuerday February the 21st. I would like to say as purchasing manager I deal with salesmen almost daily. And I see every type of salesman! But I will say this that my salesman [redacted] listened to what I was looking for and never tried use the hard sales technique on me! Its rare when I come across a salesman that really is listing to his customer and really cares that his customer is happy with the deal that he or she was able to negotiate and the way they were treated! I would also like to point out the very professional service that I received from the Finance Manager [redacted] he was very thorough in his explanation of the contracts and very personable! Over a positive experience al I would recommend ABC Nissan to my family and friends!

Back in October I went to go get a Nissan Sentra, they told me I was approved for a financing. Left with the car thenm went on a vacation. I get a call 3 days later saying I need to come in but they could not tell me why so I did not think was anything important since they could not tell me why. My vacation was up in 5 more days, and I was not going to waste it to come down for nothing after my vacation . I came in after I talking to thim everyday for the 5 days I was on vacation. they told me that I was overcharged and they were trying to give me back money when I get there they tell me that I was not approved and that they wanted me to sign another contract to where I would have to pay more money .they were pretty much putting me up against the wall well I didn't take their offer so they blocked the car off with another car charged me for all the miles that I drove then said they had to pay for a tow truck driver when they knew I was on a trip. They only want to gI've me back lIke 200$ oUT of 1000$ I pUT down bUT the card I pUT it on I eneed up turning it off .well they hAve been refusing to pay me back my down payment after I've talked to Consumer Affairs and they told me they were going to give it back and so did ABC Nissan right after that there's a manager there William who is doing everything in his power to make sure that I do not receive my down payment back or letting me talk to Travis hope the general manager he is gone to as far as to tell all the employees to not let me talk to him either and everytime I call William will pretend that he's him and tell me every lie possible.seem like no one care and after just losing my house to a fire then they literally left me stranded on the curb with all my things my girlfriend and my little dog I have been treated horribly I feel like I am getting robbed and and bullied for my money than I work hard for if there's anybody that is reading this that can help me please cuz I am out of options and all I'm asking for is what's mine and nothing more
