I bought my first car ever from ABC Nissan today and it was a great experience. I was a little terrified going in since I was doing it by myself but [redacted] helped me through the whole process and was very friendly and easy to work with. It was a very low pressure atmosphere and they did a great job explaining the process. I would definitely buy from them again!
I went into this dealership expecting to have the best quality of customer service based on the ratings online. Unfortunately, I had the complete opposite experience. And to be quite frank, I have never had such horrible service in my life! It was so bad, that it made me want to file a complaint. Terrence who is a sales manager at ABC Nissan gave me a call asking if I was still interested in a specific vehicle and I said yes. He said he would go over a few things and call me back. Well, he never called me back. Tried calling him a few times just to see where we were at in the process and never got a call back. Had to ask for a live person instead of his VM each time. When I finally got a live person, he told me the vehicle had sold the day before. Which made no sense and seemed very fishy since Terrance had just called me a couple hours prior. Once I said that, the sales guy on the phone kept putting me on hold. I'm assuming to come up with something to say. I let him know that I would appreciate for Terrance to call me back to let me know exactly what went wrong. When I finally got a call, they let it ring two times which did not allow me the chance to even get to my phone. No VM was left. At this point I became very frustrated. I Called back and asked for a supervisor. At that point I was transferred, the phone rang a couple times, then someone picked up and hung up the phone on me. Making it impossible to really speak with a supervisor or a manager of this ABC Nissan since I was getting ignored each and every time. I was ready to buy a car and for them to make that sale, but because of the lack of common courtesy and customer service, I will never go back and purchase a vehicle from ABC Nissan. I would not recommend them at all.

I just purchased a 2014 Juke with these guys after shopping around and inquiring at other Nissan dealerships. My sales associate, [redacted], went out of his way to make me feel comfortable purchasing my first car. Unlike my experiences at other dealerships, I was treated like genuine person and did not get the "sketchy car salesman vibe" at all. Michael Kanneg made the buying process easy, was knowledgeable, and very helpful, the finance manager Mason explained everything to us and made it the process move quickly. I had a very positive experience last night at ABC. My sales representative Kristen B[redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without making it a high pressure environment. When I moved into the finance area, I was greeted by Michael who was also a pleasure to work with. If you head to this dealership, I would ask to work with both of them.
This firm represents ABC Nissan Limited Partnership, dba ABC Nissan, which received the above-referenced Complaint from your office (the "Complaint"). The Complaint was filed by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] apparently had some preliminary discussions about vehicles he had viewed on the internet....
While there may have been some very early miscommunication about the precise vehicle he was pursuing and exact price, Mr. [redacted] quickly spoke to a manager and was assured that internet prices would be observed. While speaking with this manager, Mr. [redacted] appeared to be more interested in arguing and expressing displeasure than communicating about vehicle specifics or consummating a purchase.
Mr. [redacted] spent a very short time at ABC Nissan. He departed with full knowledge that any and all advertised prices would be honored. While ABC Nissan regrets any confusion or miscommunication that may have caused him frustration, there can be no dispute about the fact that he purchased nothing from this merchant and suffered no damages.
Accordingly, as no misconduct or wrongdoing on the part of ABC Nissan occurred in this matter, we respectively request that the [redacted] close its file on this matter.

Great service! Highly recommended. I recommended all my friends to them. I had an issue with the first sales representative when I walked in but Kristen was the one talking to me the whole time and really took care of me and made sure I got what I needed. If you ever need a car ask for Kristen! She is very caring and is about making she her customers are happy. She's not in it for the money which I love about her.
In response to the Generall Manager of ABC Nissan, he states that we were given the paperwork before we left the dealership, he also states that these documents were mailed to us 2 times, both statements are absolutely in true. Had we been given the paper's or had received them in the mail, I would not have contacted the Revdex.com. I did receive a phone call from the Finance Manager informing me that he was sending these papers by FedEx today, December 9, 2016, and that I would have to sign for them, as proof of actually receiving them. Yesterday, my daughter, granddaughter and myself went to ABC Nissan on Camelback to attempt a purchase using their graduating college student incentives. After 4 (yes 4) hours, we were denied due to credit issues. When I got home I discovered they had run my credit SEVEN TIMES. I am appalled. Each run is a ding on my credit! What a poor excuse for a company! The customer service was poor, but this attempt to destroy my credit is absolutely is unforgivable.
