I called Michael and Sons for a service call and I received excellent customer service from Scott, my repair technician. As soon as Scott arrived at my home he put a mat down in front of my door and put protective boots over his shoes before entering. I was so impressed with that. I had peace of mind after speaking with Scott for a few minutes and going over some of the issues I was concerned about. I could tell he was experienced and professional. Scott took care of all of my concerns and was able to complete all of the repairs the same day. He was absolutely perfect, and I will request him for any other service calls in the future.
It is so refreshing to call a business and be treated so professionally! I will refer this company to family, friends, and coworkers. Thank you Michael and Son!

In response to [redacted]Michael and Son Services issued a refund of the $89 to [redacted] and we gave her the transaction number and we have also provided her with the information that she requested regarding how the tech came up with his diagnosis.

As far as the technicians that have been sent out here recently, they were courteous and professional and seem to know their job very well. Although Michael & Sons still has to pinpoint where the source of the problem is, (they are chasing a water or condensation leak in the AC system) I am confident that they will complete the task and make a permanent repair. This company came highly recommended to me from other customers based on their trustworthiness, professionalism, and overall economic value placed on the products they sell. I am not complaining, however, the first technician sent out to install the system three years ago was not their best. This is sometimes common in business as a company may go through several dozen people before finding the right employees for a good PE (person to environment) fit. Due to this, there are several install issues that I am dissatisfied with. My hopes are that Michael & Sons will re-mediate these issues before they become bigger problems.

that we installed, it was due to a pre-existing concern with a thermostat wire in his home. Josue from Michael & Sons was outstanding. We had 8 different things to repair or replace after a home inspection to sell our house. He explained everything thoroughly and the cost was less than we had anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Michael & Sons again, and I would definitely ask for Josue!

I had the best experience with Michael & Son. My garbage disposal was making snarly sounds and the water wasn't draining properly. Ed came the day I called. He was polite, professional and friendly. I'm so glad I've found a good plumber. I will be trying them in the future for electrical and hvac.

Our service technician acted immediately and found an area to keep the unit working so that she could still use the unit and avoid any interruption in service. We are very sorry for all she has experienced during this time and would have done anything to change the way things were done.
To this date we have not made any changes to her system but has given her solutions that we believe will give her a long term fix. Adding heat tape is not a good option and may not give her the long term fix she desire.
I spoke to the customer today and admit we have had some delays in our communications at time but we have always responded to the need of helping her bring this matter to a close.
As I stated Michael & Son Service Inc.  will be more than happy to come to her home and make the corrections to re-routing her service line and putting back the drywall and no extra cost to her.

Our electrician was Liam G, he and his partner did a great job updating our electrical service. They arrived on time, were diligent in their work, conscious of time, and put in 5 hours of solid work. Moreover, their interactions with me, the homeowner, were curtious and pleasant.
They called 30 minutes before arriving and were anxious to begin work right away. Liam's partner even helped me move a few items near the panel to gain easier access to the electrical panel. When I asked what the estimated finish time was, he said they'd become by 1 or 2 pm. Much sooner than I had expected.
By lunchtime, the work was nearly complete and by 1:45 the work was completed. They took their time, ensuring the breaker box was labeled correctly and walked me through all the work that they'd done, ensuring I understood it all and were ready to field any questions I had.
Not only was I impressed with both Liam and his partner's work ethic, I was great fun that we contracted this complicated job with Michael and Son. We were able to get an appointment quickly and received phone 2 calls confirming the date and nature of our appointment.
Finally, I was pleasantly surprised that before either man entered our home, they placed a mat on our front porch as not to track in excess dirt and for most of their time inside our home, the chose to wear shoe covers as to not muck up our floor.
I'd recommend Michael and Son and Liam in an instant.

Today, Miguil G[redacted] from Michael & Son Services came to my home to fix a blockage in my kitchen sink. He was extremely knowlegable and professional in all aspects. My garbage disposal was not operating correctly and had clogged my down pipe. Miguil cleared the clog and replaced the garbage disposal. He left the area totally clean and did a terrific job. The only item that was included was the re-stretching of the carpet which we will be more than happy to come back and do as instructed in our contract. We can provide the customer a copy of the contract of what was covered in this job. Michael and  Son again apologizes for the missed appointment with providing this service to our customer and would like to make things right if he will allow us to. Michael and Son can reach out to [redacted] in setting up a day and  time for us to re-stretch the carpet. If the work is already completely then we will consider his desired amount and determine how much is actually owed to him for the completed work.

Very pleased with their customer service and their work. Brian J. called before arrival as promised, and arrived in the agreed upon time window. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and took care of our HVAC issue quickly and effectively. He demonstrated how the new feature worked, provided advice for keeping the unit running well, and was happy to answer questions. We appreciated the care that was taken to keep our home clean - Brian placed a Michael & Sons door mat outside the front door, and wore booties over his shoes. Cost seemed reasonable for the service provided. Invoice and diagnostic sheet with Brian's notes were emailed to us before he left.

Chuck did an outstanding job. He was professional, on time, called ahead, friendly, and through. I was impressed with his patience in accomplishing the work. If in the future I need more plumbing work, I will be sure to call on him. Please thank him for a difficult job well done.

Shaw the technician was amazing - clean, professional and explained everything! I highly recommend him!
I had some troubles with the dispatcher over promising. On Saturday afternoon I was told that I would receive service within the course of the weekend, but didn't see anyone until Monday. They ended up giving a bit of a discount, but having no kitchen sink and no washing machine from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning was not particularly fun.

Our family has been very pleased with Michael & Son. Having used the company to install an air filtration system, repair wiring and replace our smoke detectors, we opted to use them again when our air conditioning failed. The staff with Michael & Son have been timely, courteous and always worked with our budget.
