Shaw T. came to my house on the same day I called for service. He was polite and informative in making the plumbing repair I needed. He got the job done quickly and correctly. I am very pleased with the service he provided.

5 Stars to Thomas Coyle for doing an extremely thorough HVAC inspection and providing a comprehensive recap of his analysis. Thomas is a very diligent and capable technician who can be trusted completely.

Late afternoon told I needed an electrician before a stove installation. Called and they worked me in the same day so I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. Very pleasant and understanding scheduler (missed getting her name). Lawrence B.(electrician) was prompt in calling back. Service friendly and efficient. Even paused work for a few minutes to allow me to clean behind stove. Re-hooked old stove so I could use it until the next stove delivery date. Not first experience with company, highly recommend them. Up front with costs, honest about service timeframes. Obviously they take their customer service classes seriously.

The unit was repaired long term and is working fine both heat and air conditioner. As seen here Michel and sons are pushing new units. Frankly, we need to be reimbursed for their charges and we will consider the issue resolved. Nothing drastic was needed to make the unit run good and long term so to speak. Just knowledge of parts and this unit.

Service call was made late in the day on a weekend. The heat would not come on. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired quickly.
Would recommend Michael & Son Services.

Came out on time and completed work as requested at price that was quoted. Didn't try to up sell. Scott [redacted] was courteous and professional. Second time i've used them and until they mess up, I'll keep using them.

Stephen provided good service.

I am rejecting this response because:
This
is extremely unprofessional on the Business' part. Whatever it is said by the
business here, it is fully untrue. I would like to ask Revdex.com to close this case
with this last statement from me. As mentioned earlier, the reason of my
complaint being submitted to the Revdex.com is for the public/other clients or
potential clients to know that Michal and Son is not a trustworthy, honest
company to rely on. I truly feel they are out preying on customers, especially,
on the ones who do not have any understanding on the service they need or what
the business is recommending about equipment they are servicing or repairing. It
is like going to an unscrupulous auto service shop and they come up with a list
of repairs/parts a car does not need.
For
the record -- none of the items mentioned by Mr. Vance were offered. They
couldn’t  – because, they know that they rendered
zero service to may equipment.  I will
not entertain in responding in detail to any part of their statement.  I am happy that this will be settled in court
as they have chosen to do so. Again, the truth will prevail, because I do want to believe in the system.
Mr. Vance, just rememer, that whoever walks with integrity, walks secure.

I have had Michael and Son do work for me twice and they have been wonderful. They are very professional, from arriving during the scheduled window to going over all of my options for repair work. I never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary work or parts. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Thank you for allowing us to respond to our customer's concern Michael and Son Services arrived at our customer's home to install a New [redacted] Heat Pump System. On Dec . 2011 we performed  a routine Maintenance Tune Up and found no concerns. In July 2011 we checked on the unit and adjusted the...

refrigerant charge, cleared drain and replaced the air filter. April 5th 2014 we were scheduled to go out because our customer had concerns wit the AC. We arrived and found the system low on refrigerant, the air filter was dirty and we saw a need after further research to perform a leak search. We performed the refrigerant leak test and found a leak in the tubing at the outdoor unit, repaired the leak, charged the unit and replaced the air filter. On June 19th 2014 we arrived to the customer's house to find the drain line trap clogged, cleared and checked the refrigerant, everything was operating as it should be. June 30th we were called back and found some concerns accessing the customer's preexisting drain line for evaluation regarding the drain clogged issues. We added an additional sensor for water protection at no cost to the customer. July 1, 2014 we ran a new drain for for the unit at no cost to our customer, checked the refrigerant pressure, and found the attic fan was non operational. July 15th, 2014 we were called because customer had no AC we diagnosed and found the blower motor needed to be replaced. Our customer's unit is warrantied. We ordered the motor, board, and transformer, installed these parts and tested. Everything was working as it should. December 9, 2014 we checked on the unit, adjusted refrigerant, checked over the system and everything was tested and working. March 25th, 2015 the unit was not defrosting properly, we added refrigerant. On May 8th 2015 unit was low on refrigerant, charged and scheduled return for leak test and repair. We returned to seal all refrigerant leaks in system. Tested work everything is working as it should. 
All unit concerns  have been corrected under warranties. At this time everything is working normally. As
it is impossible to predict any future issues of mechanical
equipment, it is important to keep the air filter clean and maintained on a
regular basis. Failure to do so will cause added stress to the system. which can  result in equipment and or part failures including
refrigerant leaks. Michael and Son Services strongly believe a replacement of the unit is not necessary. We have
not found any particular concerns  to deem the unit as a “lemon” . We believe the
unit to be in good working condition and free of any defects. Unit is still
under  manufacturer warranty and we will
continue to respond in a timely manner to correct any issues covered at no expense to our customer. This was a truly a regular service call, these type of things do happen which id why we have our regular season tuneups to catch these concerns before they happen and her coverage covered these type of concerns If our customer has any questions please contact us directly so we can further assist. If there are no further issues please consider closing this matter as satisfied.

I had electrical work completed today by Edwin Elias P[redacted].
This young man was able to explain all details of the work and why it needed to be done.
He also advised a service contract for the home.
Cleaned up the outside and inside of the home after completing the job
Stayed late to be certain home owner completely understood what the Inspector would be doing and assured home owner that all work was completed correctly and no issues for the Inspector.

We were instructed by [redacted] Johnson
which items were to be repaired. We were never shown a Home Inspection
Report to go by, we were given verbal instructions. We repaired the
items...

she requested, she paid us and acknowledge satisfactory completion
of the repairs. 
When
we were contacted by [redacted] (new owner), we told her would
would need permission from the new owner (herself) to discuss the repairs with
her. [redacted] gave us permission to discuss the repairs with her. When I discussed the work we performed for [redacted]
with [redacted], she discovered there were many items that should
have been addressed and were not. **. [redacted] is more than willing to

Neal H[redacted] was my installer he was great explained the entire process from beginning to end. The job was neat he cleaned up the debris I am very satisfied.
