I would like to express that I have been in frequent/recent contact with [redacted] Billing Department as well as the Physican Billing Department Both entities have reassured me that I have no exsiting balancesThey have also stated that Midwest Recovery Systems is not a debt collection agency that they contract for unpaid balances For the record, Midwest Recovery System was unable to validate my address or residence as well any contact information at time of service Given the detrimental impact this debt collector had on my credit report due to these accusations, I am requesting confirmation from Midwest Recovery Systems that they immediately remove these statements from my credit report and insure my credit has been fully restored and remains good standing! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] Thank You for the great service you provideAs it states on this company's pageYou have sent them a letter on the practice of filing collections accounts to a consumers credit file which damages their credit without notifying the consumer about the so called debtIt's always about pay day loansUntil you stepped inAlso I filed with the CFPB and they gave thew same responseMy lawyer was given all the proof and if they don't fix my credit reports by deleting this collection off my credit reportsThen we will sueThey are constantly violating the FRCA on not sending a donning letter that a consumer has the right to ask for a verification of the debtAnd also to try and collect a debt on someone who was discharged for Chapter bankruptcy goes against the federal bankruptcy lawsI loved what you guys did for meBut to give them a A+ rating? Its just my opinionThey deserve much lessNow I have to wait to get back 40+ points on my FICO scores and the damge they did to my credit fileAnywayThanks againHave a great day!

MRS has had one communication with this consumerOn that initial communication the consumer asked that we send her a letter stating who we are, and what she owesThat letter was sent to [redacted] on 03/03/We have not received return mail on that letter so we presumed the consumer got this notice, and did not follow up with our officeThere was never a request for contracts, etc., otherwise we would have requested those items from our ClientNow, we have marked the account DISPUTE after receiving this complaint, and have submitted the request to our client to provide said documentationOnce received we will immediately mail those documents to the consumerIf they are unable to provide that information the account will be returned the our Client, and the collection efforts will ceasePlease contact our office if there is any questions
