They emailed you back a basic statement, and said they would provide the documents to the newly submitted address. Yet after speaking with them on 10/14/16, they already had my address. So prior to submitting negative feedback to my credit score, they should of already contacted me. Which they did not.2. After speaking with them they claim this bill is from and not a current bill of Feb, which they reported to the credit reporting agencies. So therefore, they had purchased some old bill, and are trying to make it look like a current bill.3. Therefore with all this that I have found out, I want this removed from all credit reporting agencies, and want no further contact from this company at all

01/16/2018: Mediator sent email to consumer requesting update.01/17/2018: To my knowledge they have not removed. I did reach out to an executive at *** he has not responded. I did let him know I will amend my complaint to add *** as an additional defendant to the small claims if needed. I was holding off but I won't hold off much longer, in Michigan I can sue for times the amount of what Midwest Recovery claims I owe.Please let me know if you have information as to them removing.
