we made our first contact with an unidentified female at this number, that requested no calls be made to this line, and the number was removed
Our internal policy is that is we receive a written or verbal cease & desist request, we immediately strip all the numbers off the account, and mark it accordingly so no further contact attempts are madeWe have done this accordingly in receipt of this complaintShe will receive no further phone calls, nor mail correspondence from our company, and our client will be notified of this complaint

Our first communication with this consumer was back on 01/08/at which time the consumer as that we "Send him a bill"There was a initial demand notice sent to him at that time using address ** *** *** *** ** ***He stated that once he received that he would go file a police report
The recording has no communication in it requesting original loan documentation, etcWe never received anything from the consumer after the initial communicationNo police report, no subsequent phone calls, etcOn 05/13/we established contact again with Mr*** at which point he requested we provide him the original contracts, etcThe account was marked for DISPUTE, and a validation notice was sent to our client for supporting documentationOur client responded that the documentation was unavailable due to the time that had passedWe have marked the account Unable to Validate in our system, and a credit bureau deletion record will be submitted on 05/20/
