Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale

I made a purchase, yet I've never received it because it was sent out without my apt. Number on it. I have been trying to get the paid in full product since early August with no success. The post office has returned item back to sender. I have tried several times calling them. I was told that someone would call me back, they have not! Ladies are very rude...and incompetent. They didn't add my apt in the address.

I called customer service and the owner answered the phone (Ms Hill). I Said I’m calling because I didn’t get the grease. According to the web site that is what I thought I was getting. I may have been wrong, but she was a total B[censored] about it. I haven’t tried the product, but you best believe I will never order again. The owner is a horrible person. The bad thing is it may be a good product, but I won’t recommend it to no one. Oh, I said, just send me what I ordered, and she said watch me send it and hung up. I really wanted to support black business. I was a hair stylist for over 45 years she is really unprofessional, and I don’t like labeling our people, but Ms Hill is GHETTO!

I never heard nothing back about the order I had put in about the alopecia kit which was at the time was the night and day serum I had paid for. I call and was told that they send it to the claim department I’ll be receiving a call but I had to wait because a lot of peoples was ahead of me. Mine you this been July 2021, and I NEVER HEARD NOTHING FROM NOBODY !

I'm reaching out to the attorney general, this business is by far the worst fake customer service, cheap, unbothered, nasty attitude (un)establishment I've ever seen in my lifetime. I wouldn't accept this type of service from any other place where they do business and this is by far worst than anything I've ever seen. Just a disgrace the way they are doing business. Been waiting on my product for 7 months, no product, no refund, no record, no email, no nothing, on top of that if that isn't bad enough They have the nerve to lie, place you on hold for nothing, hang up on you, curse at you , talk to you like its your fault that they charged your card for a product you never received through no fault of your own, no refund, no product even AFTER paying that bogus ship protection fee at the time of sale. They still are doing absolutely nothing about it. Have got to take it further, this is like they feel they have a right to just keep and gain off my money for free. I don't think so...

The products works better than any other product I've ever tried during my natural hair journey, the results were visible within a few short weeks. My 4c hair was soft without much manipulation. And the growth is almost hard to be. The only complaint I have is the 1st time I ordered products they arrived within days, but the 2nd time I ordered it took 2 1/2 , my weeks and I was w/o my Serums for about a week. Other than that my advice is to try these products they actually work, but order before your supply runs out. Customer for LIFE...

I ordered from this company a month ago and still haven’t received my product. I spoke to the owner who is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. She talks over you so I just hung up on her. It’s sad to say but this is why it’s hard to support black businesses. I had to get PayPal involved because I wanted my money back and after 6 weeks, I get a tracking number which is for the US postal service but I got charged 10.50 for shipping. Utterly ridiculous!!!!

This is my first day using. First, I ordered $30.00 wash n go and received 2 shampoo's, no conditioner and the night serum.

I used the shampoo and it made my hair HARD & TINGLY so I'm reading reviews now! If it's good I'll keep using if not TRASH!!

This product has been amazing!! I have never worn my natural hair in public. I’ve also always worn it under a wig and have never took good care of my hair. Well three weeks ago from today ( May 16) was my first time! I’ve only been wearing my natural hair for three weeks using that link serum night oil along with the shampoo and conditioner. My hair Grew out very quick and strong in Just three weeks!! It was almost scary ?? I had no edges from wearing wigs. I now have edges and oh my, at my length for Just three weeks I Just placed an order for more night serum and day serum. I think I used to much probably the last time because I’ve only had it for three weeks, but oh well this product is amazing and it does work!!l

This company is in need of professional and legal help for dealing with a business and customers. I'm not ordering anymore. I feel taken.

I received my order but it was the wrong product. Contacted customer service and they told me to call back Monday because that department wasn't open. So I sent them an email, explaining my problem. Have not received a response.E So I called them Monday and they told me to send it back in the original package, which I did. Called to check on my other purchase. They rudely stated that it's taking the USPS longer to ship during this time. I understand that. But my tracking app for the USPS, is showing it's waiting on the product to get to the post office. So it's not the post office problem it's them. They send out a tracking label to the post office but don't send the product. This is bad business and I won't be ordering from them again. I pray to God I get my products that I paid for.
