Let me just say this business has a lot of BAD reviews I don’t know why people are even supporting this scam of a business, I placed an order with this fake mink wholesale hair, the bundles were thin, I did not receive my order in proper timing almost a month, customer service they have none. Those woman were so rude and even hung up on me and told me no refund mind you I spent almost $500 on 10 thin bundles they would never get my business and I will make sure I spread this by word of mouth and on every social media platform I have.

They sent the wrong order. I called the customer service to see if we can resolve this issue I never as for the invoice number or my name to see what the problem was

Horrible, poor, and unprofessional customer service. Miss Hill needs to cross-train her family/employees. Three people gave me the runaround to getting me my tracking number which I never got. I want a refund but that will take even longer. Just send me my stuff.
This client has placed several orders with our company including one after this complaint was made on April 25, 2020 with order number #*** and received their other order with a Tracking Number: 94055116990008849*** on April 16, 2020. All tracking numbers are sent via email and may have landed in the customers spam or promotions.

Miracle Mink Wholesale and Shashicka *** are a scam...Flat out! I purchased her products due to FALSE ADVERTISING! I followed her Facebook and watched her Live videos (which most of the time weren't even live...they were pre-recorded) and she would ALWAYS say her hair growth serum will make your hair grow 4-6 inches in a month! I used the products and my hair did NOT grow even ONE inch in a 2 month time frame. I still watched her videos and noticed when she would put her DROPS in while in front of the camera...the dropper would be empty and she would try to place the bottle out of site and stand in a way to HIDE this. Also she would do her AUNTIE or MOTHERS hair and say...they had been using the products for months! Well based on what she stated 4-6 inches in ONE month, their hair hadn't grown much if any! When I started commenting asking why their hair hadn't GROWN 4-6 inches...her reply was "you have to clip dead ends" and that is TRUE...but if you have to clip 5 of the 6 inches that grew then that means the products doesn't grow HEALTHY HAIR!!! Also I would ask her why her dropper was empty and she was PRETENDING to use the growth drops. She NEVER answered and then she BLOCKED me from being able to comment. If she was using her products and they WORKED like she said they do...WHY FAKE LIKE YOU USES THEM AND WHY BLOCK ME WHEN I CALL YOU OUT?? YOU AND YOUR PRODUCTS ARE A JOKE. I HAVE THE FACEBOOK MESSAGE WITH SCREENSHOTS OF HER USING AN EMPTY DROPPER THAT I SENT HER WITH NO REPLY...BEFORE SHE BLOCKED ME!!!

I placed an order over the phone. I was told after processing which takes 24 to 48 hours I would receive a copy of my receipt and my tracking information via email. It never happened, so I called the company back on Friday 48 hours later. The representative told me it was still processing that I should have on Monday. I called back on Wednesday and the representative was very rude and nasty. I told suspect FRAUD. I read so many messages on Facebook from others saying that they haven’t received their orders and warning others not buy from them because they
are stealing people’s money. So I told her that I was contacting the Revdex.com to make complaint if she did not send me my receipt and tracking information today. She hung up the phone on me. The are a Unprofessional and Fraudulent company. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am 77 years old in stage 4 cancer on a fixed income. I dare they try to rip me off and get away with it.
