I recieved my order the same situation as all the other reviews on this site. I contacted the company to report the missing and damaged items. I was told to call back Monday between 9 am and 5 pm EST. I back and was told someone would contact me back because the person on the phone could not help. In the meantime I emailed the company about the missing product from the order. I called back again and got a few representatives, including the manager who was rude and not customer friendly. Honestly each person I spoke with rushed me off the phone and has not been helpful. They do not even offer assistance. Just always say call back and when you do you get nothing. Very poor customer service. I will not order from this company again. They are thieves and I refuse to spend my money where people don't appreciate it. This stuff does not work anyway.

I just started using the products I'm giving it 3 stars because the edge control is very flakey it leaves alot of white stuff in my hair and it took forever to received my package I thought I would never get it but I will give a update if my hair grows like she said it will

I ordered from this company on March 6 I called on the 12 and was told it could take 10 business days for me to get a tracking number later that day a tracking number came through but they didn't send my package out because I called usps because I got a email the next morning saying I was confirmed to pick the package up and I didn't do that so I called the usps and they told me a label was made up through the company but they never sent the package out ...last night I called the company back and they said it will be to my house by tuesday well to my surprise it came today and whoever packaged my items did not close the rice water and it leaked all over and it came to me completely empty I called the company and they told me to take my package back to the post office I told her everything else in the package was fine I told her I would be contacting the Revdex.com and she tried to give me the number to you all I feel the customer serviceis terrible and I have a item that is still in the bubble wrap completely empty

I been ordering hair products. I made two orders online on Feb 13,2020. It arrived at my residence ,Feb24,2020 and bottles were broken inside so,the mailman said it needed to go back to post office. So I took it back ,Friday Feb 28th they received it back . Everytime I call,I'm getting the run-around and each person tells me something different . My two orders come to 129.00. I have not heard from Tonya or whoever else works in returns. I've left my number ,over a dozen times.

I order some hair products, first time they ship it out it had no tracking #, so I call them they ship out my products 2nd day air, then I only receive half of my products which she have on the label all of my products. So I call over 5 times and left my information about my products was short. They said someone will call me back or when I call they will hang up on me. They still have my money but I have only half of my products.

I ordered the whole MiracleMink hair growth combo and the person who answer the phone was very rude and I ask them if the product has sulfur in it because I told her I was allergic to it so she tells me that it is sulfur free so I order the the whole kit day growth night growth serum shampoo conditioner night serum and something else that came with no label I tried the product with in a hour my head start inch and get very irritated I start to feel very sick like my throat was trying to close up that’s when I said omg I am having a allergic reaction so thank God I I had to use my epic pen for my allergic reaction I couldn’t hardly breathe-was feeling fine till I used this sulfur free product and after of using it I start to have a allergic reaction I had hives all over my body and couldn’t hardly breath my head felt like it was on fire I was really scratching my head because It was irritating and by then the meds from the epic pen kicked in I read the bottles and all the products I bought was full of sulfur and the itching start to go away and I finally fell asleep and about three hours later my husband came and I woke up and told him what happened to me and he said I told you to stop buying stuff offline from people baby you don’t know what they putting in that stuff and he was right I always try to see the good in people and give the products a try but I am so done with that after this I told him the products are full of sulfur they could have killed me and he said that all the products was full of sulfur I was so pissed off so I called the lady to talk and ask to speak to the owner the lady on phone said the owner was not there now what is the problem after hearing her say that I went off on her I am going to have lawsuit against your damn owner this lady sold me some products that’s full of sulfur and I ask y’all if it was sulfur free and you lied and said it was and now I have had a allergic reaction to all this bull crap from a bad allergic reaction from your product and I reporting y’all to the Revdex.com I am going to let everyone know that y’all are liars and what y’all products did to my hair she hung up the phone when I told her I have proof and you all could have killed me had I not had my epic pen at home and use it in time and I got off the phone and shampooed the product out my head and my hair with my sulfur free shampoo that I already had and my hair freaking start to come out so I said maybe that’s new growth so I put my Shea butter on my head and blow dryer it but why I was using my comb dryer more hair was coming out so I immediately put my hair damage and growth hair Pink Growcpmplex 3000 hairdress oil that’s is sulfur free in my hair and and more hair was coming out I love my hair so I start crying and panicking my husband came in and ask what was wrong I told him to look in the sink my hair is falling out because of this ladies product so I called again and no one would answer the phone so I went to sleep crying and praying over my hair and woke up the next morning and began to comb my hair for work and more of my hair came out my hair is my glory and grace so I called again no one answered I have pictures of how bad my hair came out everyone of her product is filled with sulfur if you are allergic to it don’t buy anything as a matter of fact but her products they are rude deceitful and liars and scam artists I will never trust another person product again I am done I want all my money back and I am giving this owner a big thumbs down she is a deceitful lying person she don’t stand by her father she won’t answer the phone anybody to do answer the phone is rude and disrespectful she doesn’t deserve to be in business when she make products that takes people here out and could’ve possibly killed them by lying to them telling them that the product was there for free I want my money back and I want to chance to be able to talk with the owner and let her know how I’m feeling I am just so depressed

RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT # 14163182

This message is in response to the complaint made by Sandra R. Walker. As of today, we do not have any purchase records on file for *** made on November 13, 2019. We would need a Transaction Identification Number or an Order Number to view her purchase. All of our products are 100% All Natural and Organic and we have all of the ingredients listed on our website and on the back of our bottles. No wording was left out of our ingredients. She may be allergic to one of the other ingredients that are listed, but she would need to refer to her physician or an allergy specialists to be sure.

Being that we are not able to find her order in any of our systems (Website, Call-In Orders, Stamps, Paypal, Amazon, Etsy or Ebay), we cannot see what her order truly consisted of. By her statement, she is listing products that we do carry, but that is not a price match as to what she is stating that she purchased. The dates that she claimed she ordered, there were no sales or promotions for this pricing. Since the proper protocol for the return of the orders were not followed, Ms. Walker is not eligible for a refund or return of items. She allegedly states that she placed an order on November 13, 2019 and the incident occurred on November 22, 2019 and she is now filing a claim with Revdex.com on February 17, 2020. If she called about the products, she would have been referred to our Return/Refund Department to send a formal email of her issue. We have checked our systems and *** did not send a formal written email to the company to inform us of a return of products or issues with an allergic reaction (RETURN/REFUND POLICY).

We are truly concerned about the health of our clients and we would never leave or mishandle the labels of our products. We make suggestions that all clients do a 24-Hour skin test to ensure that the products will not cause an allergic reaction. I just purchased a few products tonight. I checked my email. I saw another email from Mink Hair Wholesale. The email stated it was a discount code for $10.00. Why would you send an expired coupon code for the same date that I purchased the item on Jan 28, 2020? So, how I'm I suppose to use a coupon code after I have purchased the item. I noticed that there was a phone number to talk to someone. Now, I deal with customer's in my field of work daily. I have never had anyone to treat me in this fashion for a long time. The person that answered the phone was named "*** (sister). When she answered the phone she was coughing. So, I asked her was she okay, she stated I'm fine. So, I asked do you need to get some water. She said, No, "Do you need some water?". At, that point I knew that this conversation was going in the wrong direction. Now, I can see if I came off heated but, I didn't. Then, I began to tell her my issue. She asked me my name. I refused due to the way she was talking to me. So, she tells me that I'm going to give her the same respect that I would want her to give me in return. I told respect is earned. You have not respected me at the beginning of this conversation. I commented I'm the customer and I have every right to express how I feel about something I spent my money on that I worked hard for. These ladies say they are people of God. But, your speaking of a child of God. If God is truly in their heart. Why do they feel they can just take people's money and then treat them like there nobody. Now, I don't know *** personal. But, I follow this lady on my Facebook page name of her page is (Blessings and Miracles) and out of all the videos. I have seen her in talking about God. I see now these people are full of the Devil. The sister has a very nasty mouth. She should not be answering the phone for no business. Her position should be taking out the trash. She seems to know that position very well. I don't wish bad on them but Karma!!!

For each of her purchases, she was issued a coupon code, however, the date for the coupon does not expire until FEBRUARY 28, 2020 (at midnight).

Both of *** orders has been delivered and we have no record on file that she tried to return them. No refund will be issued (please view our policies for RETURNS & REFUNDS . We do apologize that she was mistreated and we have taken every measure possible to ensure that our clients receive the highest of quality customer service. The code that she was issued via email is still valid and she has time to still use it on her next order if she chooses to place another order.

I've spent hundreds of dollars. I ordered the ambassador program ($165 +s&zhuhai was $197 total) August 27. August 29 was BOGO. I ordered 2 rapid growth oils and 2 edge control and I have yet to receive them. I've called so much and have gotten nothing but the run around. Her mother has possibly, the worst attitude I have ever encountered. That is a very, very rude and angry person. No customer service skills at all. They are very disorganized and careless with orders. If you get your order it will be wrong and you will be berated when you call to straighten your order out. the way this girl shashika pretends to a strong woman of Christ is all a show. Beware of false prophets. I too was swept away with her smoke and mirrors "i'm going to bless somebody" script. I wanted to support her-a female black business owner so I tried to join and have a home business that I was convinced would help others. But I guess scamming is how she gets her money and it's obvious she needs it, and she should be forthright with potential customers so they can make a clear decision to shop with her. PLEASE. All monthly orders are sent out if the monthly fees were paid in a timely manner (5th of each month). If other orders were made, she will need to provide an order number or a transaction identification number so her claim can be investigated.

I love the products. However the selling of hardware such as twisted flat irons and blow dryer brushes and facial saunas at exaggerated prices to people you are trying to uplift kill me. I but those same exact item direct from the manufacture for way less. I am talking $25.99 for the blow dryer brush, $37 with shipping. $40 for the exact same twisted advertised on her site. Bought for the price of her one at the time and got free shipping. Facial sauna is not worth $65. Those can be purchase for $20 to $35 tops.

If you are going to buy her skin and hair products, stick to that. They are a little expensive but they work. Get your hardware somewhere else.

Hate seeing people who don't know any better getting ripped.
