I received my order but it was the wrong product. Contacted customer service and they told me to call back Monday because that department wasn't open. So I sent them an email, explaining my problem. Have not received a response.E So I called them Monday and they told me to send it back in the original package, which I did. Called to check on my other purchase. They rudely stated that it's taking the USPS longer to ship during this time. I understand that. But my tracking app for the USPS, is showing it's waiting on the product to get to the post office. So it's not the post office problem it's them. They send out a tracking label to the post office but don't send the product. This is bad business and I won't be ordering from them again. I pray to God I get my products that I paid for.
Hello! We do understand your frustration and we have provided updates about shipping on our website and in our email campaigns about the issues due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. When a label for products is printed, it goes into pre-flight; meaning it is being prepared. Once it is prepared and ready to ship, USPS comes to pick up our items from our warehouse, taken to USPS for sorting and shipping to our clients. I order combo #3 the first time and I just order combo #5 . I love the product it make my hair feel so soft and I have hair growing in my bald spot . I can’t wait to get inches and get thickness. The only problem I had was the night serum bottle look big on the site but it smaller the the day serum . For you to get a good outcome you have to continue ordering the night serum . It only last for 3 wk . The day serum last a month . Shipping handling is not cheap . And the turn around is slow . If the company can get a grip on sending out order faster and lowering the shipping handling it would get a 5 star.

Using 1-3 drops and massaging it into your scalp your last you 30-45 days. If you are using it excessively, then it will last less than a month.

I just received my products yesterday and used the night serum twice last night and tonight and the night serum is more than halfway gone, this product is too expensive for it to only last for three days. The day serum has a little more in it but it looks like that will not last a week. So in my opinion unless you spend thousands of dollars you will not be able to see any progress with this product. I wouldn’t mind if I knew it would work for certain, but I don’t want to have to spend thousands of dollars just to see if it’s going to work and it don’t:

I ordered my products they were received in a timely manner and nothing was damaged. The only issue I have is with the edge control. I washed my hair with Minkhairwholesale products and omg why did I apply the edge control...it caused horrible flaking and white residue in my hair and I only used a dime size if that much. I was so shocked and embarrassed because it looked good that morning, but mid day at work round 12ish I was in the staff restroom applying water and rubbing my hair with a towel to try an remove it. It's been a little over a month and I haven't seen any changes with my hair. Therefore, I'm giving Minkhairwholesale 2 stars still waiting to see if my hair grows like she said it would and the edge control formula needs to be adjusted.
Hello! The edge control cannot be used in an excessive amount. If your hair is very dry, you may need to apply some oil before using the edge control on your edges. As with any hair growth product, it could take time for your hair to grow and you may see changes within your hair texture in up to 7 days. We have stated this on all of our videos and on our website.

This product is not would I thought it would be at ALL. I brought the combo number 5 because I have CCCA a type of Alopecia. And based on reviews I'd seen and my own family members results I gave it a shot. Ive been using it over a month an as a Hairstylist I knew it would take time BUT...I at least thought that the overall texture and appearance of my hair would feel better and it does NOT.. My hair feels so hard and brittle not soft at ALL.. My hair looks worst ...on a positive not I do see some growth but based on what the products say they will do it wasnt worth $115.00.

The clients package was delivered on April 30, 2020 with the tracking of *** to the address that the client left on file.
