I called about how do I go about returning my order of Miracle Mink hair growth. Talked to a Supervisor from phone number 912-264-9242 option 2. The Supervisor refused to give me her name. I asked about the return policy and she said there is no return policyholder on the hair itself. Only on the hair extensions. I did tell her on the website it does state that theu do have a return policy on the hair products that I bought. She got really nasty with me so I hung up. Please hel0. My order cost was $138.15

Customer service is non-existent. Products appear to be good but if your shipment does not arrive properly, you will NEVER get a reaponse from company. She needs to create a proper business structure.

In checking our systems, this shipment was delivered to the client. There is a protocol for all orders. This information is listed on our website (www.minkhairwholesale.com) under our policies. If there are issues with shipments/deliveries, there are required steps that must be taken for us to investigate the problem. We must ensure that your items were not intercepted by someone else or lost in shipment.

I oder hair product from mink hair whole sale sometime in July of 2019 two weeks later I notice my hair was shedding a lot so I call the company let them no what was going on with my hair it was shedding a lot representative in form me that need to buy their shampoo and hair conditions alond with the rejuvenating cream in August of 2019 then I notice when wash my hair it feel like a Bridal pad and hair falling out .

I called and placed a phone order I called back for status order was never processed
I decided to try again and I placed another phone order
After a few days I called to check the status. After speaking to 4 different reps my order was found. On the 20th I was given a tracking number and told my order was going out that day.I kept trying to track number and it says label generating package not shipped. I called to ask what is going on with my package and lady that answered said I'm talking to the wrong person
So ms hill gets on the phone very aggravated with me because I am questioning the process. I was told package was going out on the 20th but it had never bern shipped. She would not give me explanation
She was not concerned with the delay. She said she forgot understand why I was upset. I'm upset because I gave you 183
90 and my items are still In your posession
She extremely rude and nasty. Would not answer my questions I asked for more eye bsck and she hung up the phone. I feel like I have been scammed for my money . There is still no movement o my package and it is 6pm now

I got an email on the 6th stating my order was on its way. I promptly emailed back stating I would return unopened because I asked that the order be cancelled before it was shipped. On 8/3/19 I ordered 30.00 Deal, Triple Treat Deal for 50.00, Massaging Brush15.99 and with this order if you spend over 80.00 which I did you can get certain ideas I picked the Free Bonnet. (order# 27047) when I receieved my order 8/10/19. I was missing my Night Serum, and the free bonnet. The 2nd order (Order#27209) that I placed on 8/4/19 came also, and I Ordered the Comco #5 Deal for 120.00 and picked the Free Night Serum for this deal.( Didnt get my free Serum for that order as stated for spending 100.00) I Called the company right away and was told to call back on monday 8/12/19. I called back on Monday the person took my information and stated that someone will call me back. Still NO CALL BACK. Several emails and online was sent to Mrs. Hills with No response. What kind of Business is this? How can I Get this resolved?

when I first ordered, I was excited. im a young black woman who was actually starting to look up to Mrs.. I am an aspiring business owner and this experience I had was beyond horrible. I ordered a bundle (shampoo, conditioner, and hair growth oil). I ended up receiving the wrong items. I received the hair growth oil, rapid growth oil, and the edge control. I was not upset about my order since that costs more than what I originally ordered and I already had shampoo and conditioner that I liked. I called the customer service number to see why my order was wrong. I just wanted to know what would be the best course of action when I ordered next so that my order will be correct and they wouldnt be losing money. I was greeted absolutely horribly and received the worst customer service. I was told that I was going to get somebody fired and I should just take what I received since its worth more than what I bought. I spoken over and talked to like I was trying to steal products. I spoke with 5 people in total including Mrs., the owner. she was very rude to me and told me that I had to send the products back to get what I actually ordered. no one ever took my order number or even asked me to send pics of the items I received or anything. I was never trying to steal products or get someone fired, I just wanted to know if it was better to call for orders instead of thru the website. I believe her products are good, but the customer service is not the best. she has family members working thru a house who do not have customer service in mind when speaking with future and current customers. I will not spend my money there anymore. just know that if you receive the wrong order from this website, dont call the customer service line, because you will not be helped.

Ms. Hymes did order the Wash & Grow Kit (Shampoo, Conditioner, Rapid Growth Serum) at a discounted price of $30. What she received was the Triple Threat Combo (Day Serum, Night Serum and Edge Control) that is a $90 combo. That combo is significantly more than what she ordered. If she did want the products that she ordered, there is a protocol that must be followed in order to receive those items listed on our website at www.minkhairwholesale.com under our policies section.
