My order was not what I ordered, they send you what they have on hand. I will never order from this company again. I placed 2 orders neither order was correct. She need to stop putting God in her business. They want you to shop black businesses. But never again.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. I normally don’t write bad reviews. However, the level of customer service with this company is absolute trash. I got a notice that my label for shipping was printed, three days ago but nothing else. Every time I check the tracking number, it states that the product is waiting to be pulled and taken to a postal center. I sent an email inquiring with no response. I also called in and the representative had a bad attitude, and didn’t even ask for my name or tracking or order information. Yet states it was shipped out yesterday. How would she know if she doesn’t know who’s calling? Not only do they not give refunds, there’s no telling when I’ll receive my product as I needed it for a wedding and paid for expedited shipping. They need to update their shipping and processing policies and invest money in training employees. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I was scammed this hair is the worst ever!! I too was scammed by this woman who considered herself to be a child of God. Lord forgive her because she knows not what she does. This hair is what Stephanie explains it to be , "definitely not of quality". I too called and was hung up on after trying to see if this problem could be remedied. I simply asked for a refund or just an exchange for infact quality hair. She told me the hair could not have been altered, but I explained to her that the hair didn't match my hair; therefore, it had to be dyed. She began to use profanity as she made me aware that I was not pronouncing Shaschicka right. By the way I have been having hair installed for over a decade and even store bought hair have held up better than this so called human hair. The first day I was very self conscious because the hair was silky like barbie's hair and did not blend well at all. I love my hair to resemble natural hair even though it's extensions. I am so unhappy with my decision to purchase hair on line and would hate for anyone to make the same decision as I did! I want this business shut down because it's clearly not replicable. I will try contacting my attorney if I don't get a return call and refund from Miracle Mink Wholesale. I tryed to support a black owned business that promotes God and I have be punished. This is one miracle I would not wish on no ones life!??

I ordered hair from this company and received a texture that was completely different from the pictures that are on the website. My hair took over a week to receive and I did not receive a tracking number until 5 days after ordering my hair.
As I begin to examine the hair I noticed it had a strange chemical-like scent to it. That was the least of my worries, I figure maybe if I washed the hair the scent will go away. Further examining, I notice within the bundles there were hairs with a shine-like gloss tint. I plucked one out and noticed that is was PLASTIC PIECES MIXED INSIDE THE HAIR!!!
I contacted this company right away and requested a refund. I was told that no refunds were allowed and that I could only exchange the hair. I made it clear that I was not going to pay for fake hair and I wanted a refund ASAP! They had the nerve to hang up the phone!! I've contacted this company through Facebook with no success. I even left comments within the company's Facebook posts....not only did I NOT get a response, but they were deleted as well.
I've reported this company to the Georgia Consumers Affairs and has contacted a lawyer. I ordered from this business, hair weave in Afro Kinky Texture, on the evening of March, 22nd. I selected to have my order sent with priority shipping that would take 3-4 business days. Listed on the business website is a statement dictating that orders placed before 2pm would be shipped on the same day. With that in mind, I paid for my order via Paypal (the only option provided by the business). I estimated my order to arrive between March 27th and March 29th. I also set a hair appointment based on the estimated dates of arrival. The priority shipping cost me $29.95 in addition to the product price and taxes. When March 29th arrived and my package had not come I called the business and was told by the phone representative that my hair had JUST been sent out on that day. The representative stated that the order had not processed although my banking statement shows that the order came out of my account March 26th from the vendor. Being told that I could not receive a refund from the representative for my priority shipping cost, I accepted that fact and decided to wait for the hair weave to arrive the next week. Today (April, 2nd 2018), I received my package to find that the hair I ordered is not in the box. The order is completely incorrect. To find out how to remedy this issue, I called the business back and spoke to a representative requesting some type of remedy/my priority shipping back since the hair I received was not the hair I paid to have shipped through priority shipping. The representative said to me that the business was not at fault and all they would offer was for me to return the incorrect hair and have the hair that I ordered shipped to me again.

Considering that I needed this hair in a certain time for my law school graduation pictures and have had to spend money on different hair, change and reschedule appointments, etc. I feel as if from a customer service perspective I could have been treated better and provided a refund of the shipping cost. I did request a refund in total for the hair although it is incorrect, I just wanted the business to accept that they did ship out an accurate order and provide competent customer service.The order was inaccurate and I don't feel as if the business has done anything to compensate for the damage they caused.
