This is not a hospital bill. The balance due is for ER physician services provided by Dr. Robert J. [redacted] at South County ED on...

10/23/12. We only have one account for this consumer and there is no record we ever spoke with her or received correspondence from her or our client regarding this account.
Please fax the letter to my attention at [redacted] so I can research this matter further.

MiraMed's account rep did not lie to the consumer. As I stated in my initial response, when a consumer pays his or her account in full, MiraMed updates the consumer's credit bureau report accordingly. We can and do make exceptions and will occasionally completely remove the adverse reporting as a courtesy to the consumer. But like I said before, this is not something the account rep has the authority to do or can even offer to do. Also, MiraMed did not refuse to accept the consumer's payment. The consumer declined to pay after he was informed the account would be updated as paid on his credit report and not deleted. As MiraMed's compliance officer I have the authority to delete the adverse reporting from the consumer's credit report, and I will do so as promised upon receipt of the consumer's paying the account in full.

We have 3 accounts for this consumer. The account she spoke to our rep about was settled in full on 11/10/14. This account is...

closed in our office and was not reported to the credit bureau. The consumer has 2 additional accounts that are open and unpaid. Our account rep did not find them in our system when the consumer called because they are listed under a different last name. The consumer is welcome to contact me directly if she would like additional information regarding these accounts.

MiraMed doesn't do "pay for deletion" and our account reps aren't authorized to offer this. The rep who spoke with the consumer...

yesterday advised her that we would update her credit report to show the account is now paid in full. Per the rep, the consumer was fine with this resolution.
I am authorized to delete adverse reporting when accounts are paid in full and will do so on a case-by-case basis. I will delete the adverse reporting for this account as a courtesy to the consumer.

Well, I tried to file a complaint but nothing will work on here. Now I want to file a complaint against the Revdex.com also. MiraMed called me at work. The guy on the phone could give me little information about the bill. I work construction and was not in a position to write down information. It was a medical bill concerning my daughter. I explained that the only reason my name was on the bill was because I provide the insurance. He could not inform me of any payments on the bill. I asked him to email me information about this account. He said they do not email. When I asked if the bill had been sent to my house or my ex's, he said mine. I asked him to call back and leave me a voicemail regarding the account so I could look into it. He never called back.

I never recieved any mail on this. When I finally went to the hospital, the bill was in my name but had been sent to my ex's. They gave me the contact number for MiraMed. Now I have tried calling this company. Every option on the automated line eventually hangs up on me. How am I supposed to try to solve this problem if I can not get a hold of them? I may have already paid my part to my ex but I can't get any info on this.

MiraMed closed the account and returned it to Sherman hospital on 5/24/14. Since the account is now closed in our office, the adverse reporting will be deleted.

As a courtesy to the patient, we will have the adverse reporting deleted from her credit report. However, the balance of $68.14 is still due. The consumer will need to contact the service provider to see whether or not it is past the timely filing deadline to pay with her Ohio Medicaid card.
