I am rejecting this response because: there is no basis for their argument In two weeks the 3rd party call center that works for Modernize were able to get appointments for us and all of them cancelled or no showed for those appointments There is no actual evidence that other clients got leads Again, shady business practices that need to be stopped now Read other complaints on the Revdex.com site and they state the same issues that I had This company needs to be stopped

They have NOT refunded my money as they stated to they haveThey have not returned my email asking them about itThese are bad people right to the coreThey consistently hide behind voice mail and lie as easy as drinking water A purely scam driven operationAsk them why they told you they refunded our money when they in fact haven't as of this momentThese people deserve a big BAD on your ratings siteLiars, they're just liars, everything they have said included in their response to you is untrue.

***,I hear you feel deceived due to leads you returned for credit being denied. We offered to replace these leads for you - even good ones, and ones which were in the geographic area you initially specified, which I hoped you would recognize as a sign of a company trying to work with
you. Per our agreement those credits won't be put back on your credit card, unfortunately.Window leads in San Antonio transfer at 21%. We generally see deals out of leadswhich means most leads won't pan out - we try to make this very clear upfront by focusing on hitting your Marketing Cost goalsbecause bad leads don't matter when we both understand what kind of results we are shooting for - which is to make money with the lead program Results need to be measured in the aggregate, and leads is an insufficient sample size to judge the performance of a program. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Texas, and you don't get there by selling junk, you get there by working with clients when they run into trouble. I am rejecting this response because:While I will grudgingly send this SPAMMER any of the SPAM I received on their behalf, the Revdex.com might want to check the Federal government's site at:***#is particularly important, as I am sure this SPAMMER will try to fall back on the excuse that "we did not send this, one of our affiliates did", which as #indicates, is not a valid excuse.Also, the "sender" of one of the pieces of SPAM indicated "*** *** ***", so that was knowingly on this SPAMMER's behalf.Copy forwarded to the SPAMMERIf I wind up getting more SPAM, the Revdex.com will be responsible

This client's credit card initially never processed Multiple documented attempts were made to try and work with this client, with no returned phone calls or voicemails Our billing system automatically tried to process their card on file for leads received The leads spelled out
on the agreement was a contractual minimum, not a stated orderour simple page agreement clearly spells out that the program sends leads until you call to cancel There is nothing nefarious going on here; only a simple misunderstanding of how our system works by the client - our take away is to make sure we do a better job of covering this with future clients We have since refunded the client's card the full $

However, while I am happy to receive no further calls from them, no mention has been made by the business to also NOT call others who are on the Federal Do Not Call Registry when marketing their services

For this particular complaint, *** (the complainer) has not indicated that he has unsubscribed or that he requested to be unsubscribed and we did not honor and are therefore, violating that. He has never emailed in or contacted us in any way to communicate his issue(s) with us. Also, he
does not mention what the ads say, so it is very hard for us to determine that the emails he is seeing are in fact for our offer. We would like to request a copy of the email or have the complaint dismissed. Additionally, he likely opted in for some offer that he doesn't remember and that's how his email address was shared He is not in any of our internal email providers, nor has he ever been This email address is not in our global email suppression list and it's never been entered into our offer's affiliate suppression list. So, basically, he's never unsubscribed from emails

We have added this number to our DNC list and notified our partners to do the same as wellPlease advise if the calls do not stop

We do have the phone number you provided on our DNC list, and it's actually blocked in our phone systemsI'm not sure how you would still be getting calls from us, so I've forwarded this message on to our call center director
