rates.HIL is the largest producer of solar leads in the nation. We work with nine of the ten largest residential installation companies who buy thousands of leads from us every day without complaint. If our program was a scam, if the lead quality was not up to par, then we certainly would not have the relationships we have.If [redacted]'s goal is to grow their business through a responsible and capable marketing partner, we are willing to continue down that path. We do have the phone number you provided on our DNC list, and it's actually blocked in our phone systems. I'm not sure how you would still be getting calls from us, so I've forwarded this message on to our call center director.

I am rejecting this response because:We were NEVER made aware that our conversations were recorded first and foremost!Regardless, of that fact we have NOTHING to hide - they have never made us aware that our conversations were on a recorded line! We are a very flexible company and tried every suggestion their company suggestion to make this relationship successful.After receiving over 100 leads and speaking to as many as we could get in contact with - we have gotten hung up on, told that they have never put their name in any website, were never interested in solar, some did not even know what solar was and a few of the leads have "passed" away...  Our company spend over $5,000 on leads that were promised to be verified leads from a company that were supposed to deliver leads from customers who were interested in solar that inputted their names into a website within minutes we would receive these... Clearly that is NOT the case.We expect a refund ASAP!

confirmed that you signed up for our leads program and were also working with a third party call center to whom we also sent your leads so that they could call them for you.All of our customers have access to their leads in our lead management tool. Additionally, to increase visibility per your request we also sent the leads directly to you.Because we are always willing to work with our customers to help them see success with our program, and because your initial experience was so negative, we will accommodate your request to break your initial contract duration and cancel your account.We will also process your requested refund of $444 in the hopes that we could work together again.Additionally, we can offer a full refund for the remaining balance that you're now requesting.We sincerely hope to work with you again and get an opportunity to see success.

However, while I am happy to receive no further calls from them, no mention has been made by the business to also NOT call others who are on the Federal Do Not Call Registry when marketing their services.

I am rejecting this response because: there is no basis for their argument.  In two weeks the 3rd party call center that works for Modernize were able to get 6 appointments for us and all of them cancelled or no showed for those appointments.  There is no actual evidence that other clients got leads.  Again, shady business practices that need to be stopped now.  Read other complaints on the Revdex.com site and they state the same issues that I had.  This company needs to be stopped.
