The customer signed up for multiple lead types and all of the leads received were in the bucket of what they requested. We do not make guarantees, representations or warranties regarding a customer's level of interest, their desire to have work completed, their ability to pay you, the
accuracy of the information provided by the customers, or that any customers will hire you to perform services, nor do we guarantee that you will successfully contact each customer. We are not involved in, nor do we have any responsibility for your contracts with customers, their creditworthiness, or any payments to you or any disputes they may have with you or you may have with them.They requested returns on three leads and we approved oneWe have done exactly what we said we would doIf the contractor stayed with the program, she would achieve a marketing cost that makes sense to never stop working with us

I blatenly told *** *** to cancel/close my account after I found out both leads were lies and the people were not reachable.He had tried to take money from my bank account once,I did not have the funds in the bank so the transaction was denied .I called and told him do not take any money from my bank account he said he would close the account.*** *** knew I only receive SSI, I told him I could not afford it .He said the first lead was only $that they would credit the account the rest,$*** *** is no more than a BLATANT LIAR and I hope the rest of Home Improvement Leads Group are not selling your services in this same fashion"I want a full refund "

To whom it may concern:We have removed this homeowner from our Call List so they are no longer called by our company for window repair/replacement recommendations

For this particular complaint, *** (the complainer) has not indicated that he has unsubscribed or that he requested to be unsubscribed and we did not honor and are therefore, violating that. He has never emailed in or contacted us in any way to communicate his issue(s) with us. Also, he
does not mention what the ads say, so it is very hard for us to determine that the emails he is seeing are in fact for our offer. We would like to request a copy of the email or have the complaint dismissed. Additionally, he likely opted in for some offer that he doesn't remember and that's how his email address was shared He is not in any of our internal email providers, nor has he ever been This email address is not in our global email suppression list and it's never been entered into our offer's affiliate suppression list. So, basically, he's never unsubscribed from emails

*** *** appointment set rate went up dramatically when a third party started calling on the leads, indicating valid leads were distributed, and that *** *** does not appear to have the infrastructure in place to work a leads program. The 3rd party call center generated multiple appointments for *** ***,and through no fault of Modernize was unable to capture the consumer's interest long enough to keep the homeowner appointments initially set with *** ***. It's unfair to blame Modernize for poor campaign performance when it's clear there were good leads that *** *** failed to convert through their own efforts,and subsequent appointments set with homeowners dropped their interest. Furthermore, since these are shared leads and we elicit feedback from our clients on how our leads perform for them, our other clients who shared these leads with *** *** had verified appointments on the same set of leadsif the leads were bad, why were there so many appointments generated for other clients from these same leads?
