Great company to work with. I called after booking the shipment of my car, and let them know that the seller would only be off work that day and the next. They immediately scheduled a carrier, it was loaded 12 hours later, and delivered 1,100 miles away 24 hours after pickup. Incredibly fast. The driver was awesome, great communication, and helped me with an issue I had on the vehicle after shipment. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Everything went smoothly, and I plan on using this service again.

This was my first time shipping car from Pennsylvania to Georgia and I was not sure whether to give my brand new car to someone else or drive by myself. After lot of research and reading a lot of reviews I decided to go with Montway. I booked the no hassle package on 21st September and paid upfront as my moving date 24th September was close and was promised to get the dispatcher assigned. For next 2 days nothing happened, no updates via email or call so I called them twice and was told that they were working on my request. I didn't loose my patients as I knew from other reviews that sometimes it takes time to get driver assigned. On 26th I got call from Alex who was the driver and he was 2 hours away from my place and was ready to pick my car. Luckily I was at home and it worked out really well. After Alex's call I got call from Montway that dispatcher is assigned. Alex picked my Car on 26th and on very next day he was in Georgia. As agreed he did deliver the Car next to the hotel where I was staying without any scratch on 28th. He was very friendly. Overall it all worked very well. Only expectation from Montway is it would be great if they send some kind of update every day and that way customer will have feeling that Montway people are actively working on the request. Would recommend Montway to my friends.

This business is totally unprofessional. Nothing but a web of lies and deceit. I contracted with them to transport my vehicle from MA to FL. I was told by the rep that they have their own fleet of trucks and drivers and make this run multiple times a day. Scheduled pick up was on a Thurs or Fri. On Fri, they called to let me know that they were trying to schedule a pick up and would keep me posted. On Monday, I called them. Still no one available to pick up my vehicle. On Tuesday, I called again only to be told that they were having a hard time finding a trucking company to haul my vehicle - Finally - a shred of honesty. Not only did they not have daily departures from MA to FL, but these people are nothing more than brokers. So they lied to me about having daily runs to FL. They lied to me about having their own truck and their own drivers. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU. I based my decision to try them off of the reviews I read. MY experience with them was horrible.

would have preferred more exact pick up/drop off times

I had an overall good experience with Montway Auto Transport. Car was delivered in good condition. My one issue is that it was delivered after the timeframe listed on the UShip booking details.

Fast service on a last minute request!

I spoke with a dispatcher to have my car scheduled to be shipped. I was clear that I was moving on a certain date and that I would need it to be shipped within a certain time frame. The dispatcher assured me that it would be there on time but then they changed the pickup and delivery date without my consent. After that, the other company that they hired failed to contact me, and then tried to change the date on me again.

When I called Montway to share this, the customer service representative was not at all concerned, as if this was a normal occurrence.

I would avoid using this company, as a broker they just find the lowest bidder to ship your car and don't care about the customer experience.

I have used this company twice now. I returned for the second time because of the professionalism and the great communication I have received now twice. Any questions that I did have were answered in a timely manner. You really can't beat the price either.

This is my second time using Montway and once again I'm very pleased with the service.

Customer was unresponsive to both the driver and Montway customer support on the scheduled day of delivery.  Every effort was made to get in contact with the customer for 7 consecutive days thereafter.The vehicle was not held hostage in any way. It rightfully had to be put into storage in order for the Trucker to continue on his route.    
Truckers will wait for a customer running a couple of hours late from the airport, however please understand they can not halt all of their loads for 7 days.

This was the first time using this service, I normally just tow vehicle on trailer, I was very pleased with response time and service, , I will use them for now on, ,, thanks guys, ,y'all rock, ,,

I chose Montway to ship my newly-purchased classic car because it's insurance policy. I am very happy about how quickly they arranged the shipment. The driver really took extra caution to make sure that all the cars on the trailer are not damaged. Customer service was really great! The shipping is fast, too!

I had a very good experience using Montway Auto Transport. I needed my car to be shipped from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA. I contacted them on a Saturday, they found a carrier right away and the car was picked up on Sunday. The car arrived on Wednesday with no problems at all. I would definitely use them again if I need to have my car shipped again. Very fast, good communication, and the price was very reasonable also.

Mr. [redacted]  has not provided the necessary documents needed in order to properly assist him with his damage claim. We cannot do anything without first receiving the applicable documents from the customer. To avoid any confusion as to what documentation is needed, we provide a checklist (of the same documentation that insurance adjusters request to properly investigate and render judgement in relation to a new damage claim: 1) Pictures of the car before or at time of pickup (if the customer has any), 2) Pictures of the car at delivery with the damage, 3) The Bill of lading from the point of origin, 4) The Bill of lading from the delivery destination, & 5) Estimates of repairs (at least 2 to compare).
These document requirements were communicated to Mr. [redacted] both verbally and in writing,  including the insurance contact information, yet again, no documentation has been provided.  
At this time, we are not understanding the confusion as all information and necessary documentation has been detailed out to Mr. [redacted] many times.  We respectfully advise the customer to contact the insurance company to proceed with filing a formal damage claim as Montway cannot be of any assistance without receiving the documentation we requested.

We will never agree on how this situation should end.  I have the proof of your statement.  You guys over charged me for service.  You agreed to my pick up and delivery dates with the 1700.00 bid, which is why the ONLY thing you guaranteed on the 2300 quote, was [redacted] level.
