Excellent service.

Car came in good condition. They allow to put upto100 lbs of stuff, so that made moving a bit easier. Driver communication was good. Car came earlier then expected.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! Montway provides superb shipping service. Super fast too. I didn't even pay a huge amount like other companies quoted me. I booked around the holidays and did not expect to get my car this fast because I guess drivers celebrate holidays too. Coast to coast WA to FL in 5 days was super fast in my opinion. I would definitely use Montway when I return to WA. They contracted a driver and he was very punctual and called to give me updates too. My car is a very low clearance M5, only couple thousand miles on it so I was really worried about the condition I will receive it in. I asked for liftgate on the enclosed truck and that is exactly what I got. It looked all so professional and cool like a show-car truck. Montway Auto Transport made transporting my car from Chicago to Scottsdale the easiest part of my move. The account representative and the driver were terrific. the car arrived in perfect condition and it was delivered to my door. My son is going to use Montway to transport his car from California to Chicago.

Upon receiving notice of the damage to Ms. [redacted] vehicle, we immediately took action to notify the carrier and requested an immediate resolution. We offered a mediation service that Ms. [redacted] accepted and utilized in order to try and secure compensation for the damage that was reported. We...

worked with the carrier in order to negotiate compensation for Ms. [redacted] and ultimately, the carrier altered his legal policy regarding damages sustained during transport to soft top convertible tops and agreed to settle the claim. Ms. [redacted] acknowledged the carrier's terms and conditions by way of a signature. This ultimately absolved the carrier of any liability after Ms. [redacted] signed the carrier's bill of lading. Please note, this matter is technically resolved. Ms. [redacted] was sent an acknowledgment form to sign that acknowledges that the claim has indeed been settled. This form has not yet been completed and submitted to us. Once the acknowledgement form is completed and returned to us, payment will immediately be issued to Ms. [redacted]

We understand that some customers have restrictions and we do everything possible to accommodate them. In order to be successful with this we ask our customers to make us aware of any possible restrictions at the time of booking. This way...

when a carrier is dispatched we are sure they can provide the exact service the customer is requesting. Every customer is different and not all customers have time restrictions unfortunately if we are not made aware of such restrictions it is nearly impossible to accommodate them.
Standard transit time for this route (804 miles) takes 3 to 5 days. When transporting carriers are not allowed to exceed a certain number of driven miles a day. Meaning carriers are required to have rest stops with the duration of their routes. The number of rest stops and time lengths are determined by the distance of miles for each trip. This is federal law that all carrier company's must abide by.
Please note that some locations may not be accessible to 18 wheeler 2 level trailers with 7 to 10 cars on them for multiple reasons. This is also noted in paragraph 1 of our Terms and Conditions: "Carrier will pick up and deliver as close to Customer's door as legally and safely as possible. A mutually agreed upon place to load or unload the vehicle(s) may be necessary due to low hanging trees, low hanging wires, narrow streets and residential area restrictions." The reasons may be too narrow roads, one way streets, speed bumps, residential restrictions, weight restrictions, low overpasses and bridges, tight turns, low hanging wires and/or tree branches, steep streets, bridge tolls, access by ferries, etc.

this is a bland and general response; they did not address their driver's irrational and rude behavior and they appear to take the side of the driver; all of the locations I wanted to have the vehicle deliver to were in open spaces, wide parking lots at businesses or hotel parking lots right off the roadway, their driver made no effort to accomodate me; and they failed to address the issue of returning a portion of my funds

Again, this appears to be a cookie cutter response to the issues I raised and it doesn't address their driver's rudeness, unprofessionalism, the fact that this driver wouldn't meet any of the destinations I asked , doesn't address the fact that I had to call the police on their driver because I felt unsafe due to their phone calls and texts to me and that their driver was searching through my car when the police and I arrived. I find it strange that their first driver towed my car from ** to ** on [redacted] through mountains in January and delivered to my job location and with easier terrain to navigate through in the May move, I experienced multiple delays and complications and ineffective service and they still have not addressed the issue of my refund due to this poor service

Please note door to door service is specified in the first response as well as our website. Carriers are responsible for the safety of each vehicle on their trailer. There are some locations that are not accessible for a larger auto hauler for those areas customers will be asked to meet.
Montway sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences with the customer's shipment. All feedback is used for quality control. When any issues are reported Montway conducts a full audit of the order and sanctions are placed on agents or carriers deemed responsible, this is done on the back end as we use such complaints as training tools. We always want to decrease the chances of such issues happening again and to improve the quality of our business to positively impact our company's growth. We value our customers and their feedback has been the most effective for the professional development of Montway and associated carriers.

Excellent service. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time without any delay.

Everything seemed like it was going to go perfectly. Until the first drivers truck broke down the day it was supposed pick up the car. No
Call or anything about from the company. Secondly after inquiring about a military discount I was told it couldn't be applied. The only time they seemed concerned about shipping my car was when it came to receiving payment. The supervisor continued to say I had received a discounted rate which is also false. I have not received my vehicle yet and hopefully this attempt isn't another failure. Would not recommend to any one.

Where to begin with the awful and costly mistake with entrusting Montway for my auto transport needs.
First, my car was scheduled to be picked up, along what I was told during booking was a popular route, on or after 9 May. I needed it picked up before 12 May, and stated as much at booking and in repeated phone calls. Instead, I had to give my car to a friend to allow for pick up later. Later turned out to be 16 May, seven days after the first possible pick up day and four days after I needed it picked up. It was supposed to be picked up from my friends house. Instead, my friend had to pick up the driver, bring him to the house, and then the driver drove the car away to load on the trailer.
Second, during the process I was repeatedly told not to worry. This was a lie. I was told everything would be fine and my car would be picked up on time and at the agreed price. Again, a lie. I ended up paying 20% more for a service that was late, both in picking up my vehicle and late in delivering it.
Third, delivery was delayed based on the original estimated delivery. My car was dispatched and I agreed to be extorted for more money based on a pickup and delivery estimate that would have my car delivered on 19 May. The day after my car was picked up, the estimate was revised to 20 May. The eventual delivery date was the evening of 22 May. In other words, delivery took twice as long as the original estimate at 120% of the original cost.
Fourth, the driver showed up without the bill of lading. How is this a preferred carrier?
Five and finally, the inability of Montway reps to adequately convey information was one of the most frustrating aspects of this whole ordeal. Additionally, when I am the person initiating almost all contact, since I never received call backs or had people provide updates as promised, it makes me wonder what service I was paying for.
I will never again use Montway. They are a bunch of liars and should be investigated for their methods of extortion. I can't believe that they are this well reviewed and held in such high standing with Revdex.com. Be warned.

They had a driver set up to pick up my car within hours of my request. It arrived right on time.

Montway Auto Transport did a great job picking up my 1966 [redacted] Pickup in Florida and delivered within the estimated time to New Hampshire, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable, this is the second time they have been used.

extremely professional, quick response and would not hesitate to use Montway again.
