On May 5, 2020, Dan P of Morris-Jenkins performed the pre-season inspection on my air conditioner. I received a phone call prior to his arrival. Mr. Pecca was professional, courteous, and reminded me of the safety precautions the company has in place as service technicians enter homes during the current pandemic. He arrived and performed a very thorough inspection. He went over his inspection, and honestly, gave the most understandable explanation of his findings that I've ever heard. I applaud his professionalism, his communication skills and his courtesy! A job well done! I was very pleased! Thank you!

Morris Jenkins employees are very courteous and they are very professional. I have never worked with a company that has a turn key policy if they can do it the same day you purchase equipment.

They came in removed my old heat pump system and install the new one in 7 hours. The new system is very efficient. Like the commercial they do treat you like family.

I'm a happy and loyal priority customer with MJ. I got my units serviced today and Daniel and Jared were phenomenal technicians. With COVID-19 they came totally prepared and was respectful to social distancing. They were professional, well uniformed and very trustful with their knowledge. They were very clean and left my house impeccable as well. They took their time to complete the service and made sure I understood everything that was done. I'm extremely happy to be a customer of a great HVAC company that stands by their motto. , You cannot trust every HVAC company, but know that Morris Jenkins can definitely be trusted.

Christine C came out to fix a clogged pipe near my washing machine. She took a stressful situation and made into an informative and professional conversation with a side of humor, which I needed and appreciated! She was so knowledgeable and gave me multiple choices and options. She was also training another technician with such a positive attitude. They made a great team! If I ever have another issue, I will be calling and asking for Christine once again! I highly recommend Morris Jenkins and Christine C!

Very good personality very professional . Was on time explained everything about our HVAC system didn't try to sell us anything fixed the unit with no issues.

Technicians John and Ronnie installed a new AC system for me today. They were very polite and efficient, and worked extremely hard until the job was finished while always being respectful of our home, and always keeping us in the loop explaining the work that was being performed. Morris Jenkins has certainly gained a new customer from their hard work and excellent customer service!

Technician Tiffany was great! She made sure my unit was working properly, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were up to date and even took the time to repair some loose steps on my attic ladder! Thank you Tiffany!

Usman was very professional while at the same time friendly and courteous. He did a great job servicing our air conditioner,and showed me a potentially serious problem which, after seeking my permission, he fixed. We even talked about cricket, of which his father and I are great fans. I told him to tell his father that England would beat Pakistan this summer, but I doubt if he was foolish enough to do so! I would be very happy to have Usman serve as our technician at any time in the future.

Worst commercial on TV. This ad should be not so gently tossed in the trash. We turn the channel every time is airs. Will never use Morris Jenkins after this. FIRE YOUR AD DEPT.!!!

I had a very positive experience with Morris Jenkins this week. They were extremely responsive and easy to schedule with, and the technician they sent (Jimmy) did a great job explaining the condition and the options to fix. I happy to have signed up with MJ for future service and repair.

My technician, Dan P was very professional and thorough. He worked very hard, quietly, and efficiently. He was also very honest when asking him about how long our furnace may last. Instead of upselling us and being shady, he was honest with his assessment about what we can save and how long our unit might last. I really appreciate Dan P
