We have been using Morris Jenkins for years and service has always been nothing but the best. So when Dennis M came out to discuss purchasing a unit, it was no exception. From the onset, I could tell that Dennis was very passionate about his job. He presented all the options and did a magnificent job answering ALL of my questions and giving great analogies. I never once felt pressured and when the decision was made I knew without a doubt that it was my decision and I felt at peace. Kudos also to Allen who came out the day before and took the time to explain everything that was going on with the unit. Thanks Morris Jenkins for being a company that values integrity and have top notch employees!

Technician Michael was personable and sensitive to the Covid 19 concerns. He did the annual AC checkup. Michael explained everything he was doing and showed pictures. He checked out issues that may need to be addressed later. We have the Advantage plan with Morris-Jenkins which expedites appointments. I highly recommend them.

Morris Jenkins technicians were very kind and sweet they called before they arrived to the home also great customer service very sincere and thoughtful and very kind and always addressed any needs and concerns with the work Samuel and Cory did a great job and it was another guy but I never caught his name sorry about that but I got to say thank you you guys did a great job

From the first meeting with Jim D. To provide us a quote, to the two Joshes who came and spent an entire day at our house on a Sunday, the customer service is top notch.

I was under the impression I had another local small business processing and working on a large project of repiping my home. However my brittle pipes gave way and when I called that company they hadn't even started after 2 months. I got in the phone with Morris Jenkins and within 45 minutes I had a tech out here quoting this project. While the price was reasonable, a little higher than we originally planned for, the customer service, the timely response, and the peace of mind that it will be done correctly was well worth it the extra cost.

In the middle of a pandemic Morris Jenkins came through. I will recommend them time and time again.

Rachel and Austin were professional, helpful, and kind. They assessed my issues quickly, provided multiple solutions, and worked with me through the whole process. 10/10.
Seriously though, I called Morris-Jenkins on a whim and now I'm a loyal patron. The customer service from Andy's initial e-mail through Austin and Rachel's positive attitudes and fun banter made what should have been a stressful experience into a fun afternoon. This is how modern service industry business should operate.

Brett and Sean were professional and thorough in their evaluation and we felt confident in their ability. The source of our water leak was not identified but they outlined a course to follow. Excellent service!

Andrew came out this morning to do maintenance on my HVAC UNIT THAT I Purchased from MORRIS JENKINS.
He was such a delightful person, very professional and also knowledgeable. I appreciate this so much. Thank you, Andrew, and Morris Jenkins for providing all of us with such reliable good employees.

Brian and Lee came out to replace our furnace and one of our AC units....little did they know... they would be playing cat rescue as well �. They were so fast, quiet while I worked from home, and talked me through every step of the process. As me and my daughter ate lunch outside we heard our cat meowing and couldn't figure out where she was. Brian realized she had gotten down in a very small crevice in the attic where no one could reach her. Without any hesitation (I have no idea if he even likes animals lol but he sure seemed like a natural), he coaxed her out with food and carried our little feisty girl down to us without fear, and she is a feisty one. He took our problem that had nothing to do with the job he was there to do and resolved it for us without any question or hesitation. He went above the call of duty and my family and I are forever grateful.

Technician Tousont came out to service our air conditioning unit on May 6.. We were first time customers and did not know what to expect. He explained everything that he would be doing, including checking for issues that might be a problem later. Any issues that he found he was able to back up with data from instrument readings, which we were able to review. He was thorough, he was professional and he also was patient as we asked questions to gain a better understanding of his recommendations. We will be recommending this company to our neighbors.

Brandon M was friendly, informative, and efficient in doing my AC check. He replaced the whole house air filter and gave me information on a potential purchase of an air scrubber, since my wife has very bad allergies at the beginning of Spring.

I've been a Priority Advantage member for three years and have had great experiences with everyone from the people who answer the phone, to the sales personnel, to the technicians. Whoever doe the hiring for the company should be applauded for keeping the standards high.

Dan was our tech today.
He was courteous, personable, and thorough. He explained eveything start to finish. He was honest about things that needed to be fixed now and things that could wait.

Each plumbing professional that came to my home was professional, friendly, very caring and explained each step needed to be taken thoroughly. The bathroom was left spic and span both days I had workmen here. I am very impressed with the professionalism of each person I interacted with from the person scheduling the job to completion.

Morris Jenkins employees are very courteous and they are very professional. I have never worked with a company that has a turn key policy if they can do it the same day you purchase equipment.

They came in removed my old heat pump system and install the new one in 7 hours. The new system is very efficient. Like the commercial they do treat you like family.

On May 5, 2020, Dan P of Morris-Jenkins performed the pre-season inspection on my air conditioner. I received a phone call prior to his arrival. Mr. Pecca was professional, courteous, and reminded me of the safety precautions the company has in place as service technicians enter homes during the current pandemic. He arrived and performed a very thorough inspection. He went over his inspection, and honestly, gave the most understandable explanation of his findings that I've ever heard. I applaud his professionalism, his communication skills and his courtesy! A job well done! I was very pleased! Thank you!

Tech Nick T came to preform maintenance on system. He was on time. He was very polite and efficient, and worked extremely hard until the job was finished while always being respectful of us and our home. He put on booties and a mask to protect our home and us. He always kept us in the loop explaining the work that was being performed. He also informed us about a part on system which was going bad and would need replacing, didn't pressure us to replace it. We decided to go ahead replace it now then later which he had no problem doing. He found a gas leak on gas meter near the water faucet while cleaning unit tested it with bubbles, and informed us. We called gas company asap which came out and repaired it.
