Ashlee is a very personable and knowledgeable person. She visited my home to troubleshoot a sink disposal equipped with shoe covers, gloves and facemask the spelled both safety and professionalism. I dont know about you. But I dont like sticking my hands in any disposal, but she dove right in after priming the blades with an allen wrench. She pulled out pieces of a plastic measuring spoon and saved me a truckload of money. It was a hot day, but we kept our social distancing throughout the visit. Great service from a great employee. Thanks, (air) High Five!!!

Great crew! The team arrived on time and were very courteous and professional, not only to us but to each other as well. They Worked very efficiently. The crew took great care to protect our floors and walls as they moved equipment in and out. They kept us abreast of their progress and did a wonderful job explaining what they were doing. After they finished they showed us what they had done and took time to answer our questions. We were extremely pleased!

The personnel at Morris-Jenkins are excellent that came to our home this week. The sales representative, Shane F, came promptly for our appointment and spent time making sure I understood the details of the work that was to be performed on our heating system, including a new unit and tankless water heater. I couldn't believe it when he said he could schedule a team to come out the next day to install!

The Plumbing Specialists, Javier A and Hasael P did an excellent job. They arrived on time and proceeded to do the work, estimating it would probably take 7 hours to complete. They finished the work without any problems or issues in that amount of time. They also did a good clean-up afterward. They answered all the questions my wife had about the daily operation of the tankless system. Our hot water delivery in the part of our home farthest from the water heating system is greatly improved. I highly recommend Morris-Jenkins for anyone looking for perform a top-notch HVAC project!

I called in with a last minute request to replace 2 toilets. Within 2 hours of the call I had someone at my home doing the job. The work was completed professionally with no problems whats so ever. The tech that was sent out was awesome. Clearly explained every step and taught me a thing or two.

This is the second time I use Morris-Jenkins for a last min or emergency request. First time was to clean up a poor job done from another company with a blown water heater.

Morris-Jenkins is all about professionalism and customer satisfaction done right the first time. From wearing masks to being careful with my new wood floors I have not been disappointed in my service requests from them. I highly recommend their services!

Morris Kenkins tech Zach J performed a professional and courteous repair on our GMaw's house May 21st.
His technical knowledge was excellent and his professional/personal demeanor was very polite and understanding with Ms*** being 92 years old and having hearing and sight issues.

1 unit replaced over $12K. Quoted under $8K from 2 other AC companies after feeling swindled. 2nd unit only needed $26 capacitor they wanted $1800.
I owned my 2 AC units for 12 years. The first unit stopped working the summer of 2019 while I was traveling on business. My wife called Morris Jenkins and they told us we need a new system and new refrigerant due to code. They replaced the 1 unit for over $12K. As luck would have it my 2nd system stopped working shortly after. Tech/rep from MJ came back and quoted us $1K "to get us thru the rest of the summer", and $4K to get us thru the year. Luckily my neighbor used to be in the AC business. He quickly diagnosed I needed a $26.00 capacitor replaced that he ended replacing in about 20 minutes. This unit has been operating fine since the summer of 2019.I am convinced they train their technicians to up sell and would suspect even commissioned to do so. They took advantage of the fact that I was away and was dealing with my wife on the $12K from system. After my experience with my 2nd system I received quotes from 2 other AC companies for under $8K for the same system installed. This is a very dishonest company and prey on customers who are at a disadvantage. Buyer beware!

Desired Outcome

I will never do business with this company again. I am galled by their TV ads and don't want to see others taken advantage of.

Thank you for forwarding the customer's feedback to us, we appreciate the opportunity to address our customer's concerns.
The customer called us out on 6/17/19 for a Service call for their 12 year-old Air Conditioner that was not working. Our technician found the readings out of range and the system was low on refrigerant and freezing up. He presented the customer with some options. These options included one for repair as well as replacement of the system. They chose the replacement option. They wanted to invest their money in an efficient system with a warranty, rather than invest money in an old unit that was using a refrigerant being phased out by the EPA.
Our comfort consultant came out that evening and presented several options for new units and they chose the Deluxe option, which was not the least expensive option presented to them.
In this complaint, the customer mentions that we took advantage of his wife with the pricing while he was out of town on business. However, our records indicate they were both present for the appointment and he signed the proposal at 9:32pm that same evening of the original service call. We have had no calls from them since regarding pricing.
As a company, we have chosen to provide high value in our services. Our pricing is based on many things including a fully stocked warehouse, trucks stocked with the many different parts needed to service our customers to eliminate delays in taking care of our customers. Perhaps most importantly, our well-trained technicians which install the parts and provide top customer service to our customers. Our customers can also feel comfortable knowing that the technician in their home has passed a criminal background check and are randomly drug tested as well. Our pricing is set at a level required to retain quality personnel and to provide good customer service.
I am sorry this customer feels we took advantage of them. We wouldn't have been in business since 1958 if this was our company's practice. We identified the problem, provided options to them and they decided to have it replaced.

I have been a Homeowner for over 30 years and have never filed a complaint against any company. My complaint developed over time (1 yr) as I realized I significantly over paid for 1 unit (I have no doubt) and was misled completely on my 2nd unit that was misdiagnosed intentionally in my opinion.
Since I have no recourse my only action is to move forward and move my business elsewhere.

Josh and the other techs did an excellent job. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and completed the installation of two systems without any hiccups or issues in about 6.5 hours. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Morris-Jenkins!

On Friday, May 15, 2020, one of my smoke alarms began beeping. I called Morris-*** to get help. I was fortunate to get Mr. Peter S as the technician who was coming out. He was professional, courteous, experienced, and was able to address the problem. During his visit, he clearly explained what was going on, made intelligent decisions with me, and did a thorough and complete job. He was just the best, and I totally trusted him and his expertise. I applaud his ability and customer service skills and I was completely pleased with the entire situation. Thank you.

I need to replace my HVAC system in my home because the builders grade unit was constantly breaking and needed replacement. I agreed to have Morris Jenkins do the work because They have a good reputation. Ross the sales guy did a great job and was able to schedule the installation for the same day as he quoted me, which is today. The technicians that installed the new unit did a great job. They were clean efficient and they have the whole system installed and completely functioning within four hours, including all the prep and clean up time. I had a new system installed in my last house and it took them four times as long to install it. In addition the installation was beautifully done, very clean and neat. All in all The whole Morris Jenkins crew did a great and professional job. Thank you.

Let me just say, this is my first maintenance with Morris ***, the service is is top notch, I'm so impressed how tech Cameron M is so professional. Appointment on time, face mask on, Shirt tucked in and shoe booties, This is definitely important to customers. He took the time to throughly inspect all aspect of the system, explaining to me in a simple way of how AC works which I'm clueless on. At the end of appointment the AC system worked better than ever since 6 yrs of living here. Thank you Morris Jenkins for having Cameron servicing my home, he's a bright kid with a great future!

Let me start by saying that I requested Mr. J office email four timesin lieu of writing this review... 4 times, my request was declined. I called to report a plumbing leak that was repaired last year. The plumber claimed that it was not the same repair that was under warranty and recommended that I change out the water heater (WH) and approximately 14' of piping to help prevent future leaks ($2417including repair). I requested that they leave the defective pipingwhich was removed from the premises. When I spoke with his supervisor, he stated that the plumber's notes stated that it was the warranteed pipe that failed. I was apologized to and told that he has the pipe to prove it and doesn't know why I was told otherwise. I requested the pipe again as well as a paid invoice (that I had not received) and pictures of the completed job that the plumber was supposed to send. Supervisor sent me the pictures and the invoicenothing regarding the pipe. When I asked for compensation for the repairsince there was no need to replace the WH, he called me back and stated that he was wrong and the defective pipe was not the one that was replaced last year. For a company whose core values are Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, and Respect, I feel like their employees have compromised those values on all levels and have taken advantage of me. They have also jeopardized a a class action suit that is currently in progress.

Morris Jenkins is always professional and walks you through everything they checked for with your systems.
